Arby's — Restaurant in Maryland

Genuinely like Arby's. Thought to try the steak nuggets (9 piece) meal with a large light ice sweet tea, plus a Cordon Blue sandwich alone.

Welp the sweet tea was unsweetened with no ice that they give me. Once I informed them I wanted light ice per the order, they then gave me exactly eight(8) cubes for a large, and it was unsweetened. Secondly, the fries (crinkle) were not hot (were Luke warm) which indicates the fries weren't made to order. Now, to the Steak Nuggets. The flavor was amazing, however, that's the only good thing about them. The texture was a mix between tough and chewy. When doing steak of any sort rule of thumb is Medium Rare.

The best part of the meal, hence why I bought a sandwich too. Was the Cordon Blue. Everything from texture, flavor, consistency, presentation, etcetera was A+.

Steak Nugget meal was a D- at best. Maybe different locations would take the care to prepare everything with patience so the continuity is present with how good most of Arby's menu is. The only reason I'm giving two stars is because of the Cordon Blue sandwich. Lastly, this is America. How is it that the people serving me doesn't understand the primary language being spoken to them, then has an attitude because of such as if I am supposed to acclimate to them. Plus they spoke Ill of me when thinking I didn't understand their language. Management, needs to do a complete overhaul haul of their personnel...

My husband purchased the goodbuger meal. The meat was red so we turned around to take it back. Instead he replaced it with the classic chicken which is cheaper and they would not compensate him for his drink which he had a coke and wanted the shake like the goodburger meal comes with. They had him wait for a long time to replace the sandwich and to tell him no that he can't get the drink because he has to pay extra. We stated that is the drink we paid for but instead he received a coke and his burger was red and we had to turn around to return it. They did not apologize or compensate us and in all actuality we paid more for less.

Then they have 2 young children working their. Nothing against the children working, but they constantly mess up our orders. Eighther we are missing items or over charged and this has happened a multiple amount of times.

This Arby's is not the same as it once was before. I do enjoy the hot and freshness of the food. Now for some reason my crinkled cut fries are always hard and dry. It they will get the right cooks and higher other races then I think their customer services will improve. Right now it's all/mostly foreigners and they are not...

I only eat meat when Im reviewing places to eat, and even then Im very selective... With that said, lets talk about Arby's french fries!!! They must be 'crack infused' because they are amazing! I dont know why they are not more popular than what they are? I also had a small roast beef sandwhich and it was delicious! There is a black lady (cashier) that works at the Clinton, Maryland Arby's that just reminds you of "Momma", yes your momma! And she makes a good fast food restaurant even better! Her infectious smile and 'down home' conversation (not overwhelming, and not too short; just right!) and attention to details is what so many places now-a-days are missing! She is an absolute "sweatheart". I forgot her name, but if you walk in, you will instantly know who I'm refering too!

Of all the 'fast food' places you can zoom in, and zoom out of, put this one on your list for good, quick food, and excellent...
