Went in at 9pm, they close at 10. The cashier said it would be a few min because of a few big orders to complete. We said no problem and waited. We ordered. French dip large meal, half lb., Roast beef and cheddar large meal, half lb., and 2 for $6 chicken nuggets. When the food came We tried the nuggets first since it's new. They are delicious. Then opened my French dip and it's obviously not a half lb. I took it to the counter and the mngr called back to the cook for a half lb because "this lady says it doesn't look like a half lb but it looks fine to me" then the cook protested "our meat is weighed". But the mngr told him to make it, All while the mngr kept looking at me like I had done something wrong. When my correct sandwich was made she gave it to me in a bag and when I sat down I noticed there was a small cup of cheese in the bag also that I had not ,ordered, she was supposed to give it to another customer and had given to me by accident.. Later as we ate I heard the mngr state "I'm getting more and more angry being here". I know staffing is short at most places, and I know they were busy close to closing, but there is no need for unprofessional behavior at your job. I just want what I paid for without being judged or looked at like I'm doing something wrong when I'm not. I order this meal 80% of the time I go to Arby's, so I know what it's supposed...
Read moreFor fast food it's pretty good. The staff is great the food is always hot and fresh, and the milkshakes are pretty dope especially the Creamsickle shakes when they have them. It's also the only place locally I've found that has a lamb gyro that's as close to a real gyro as you'll find in the area. Unfortunately as good as the gyro is as bad as the Reuben is but if you want a Reuben you don't go to a fast food place. Some people locally will say D'Atri's, and while it's alright if you want an excellent, close to authentic Reuben, try Clancy's in Keyser, although I don't fault them for trying, only for the terrible Reuben. Be that as it may as far as fast food goes especially if you want something different it's worth stopping in. I had to remove a star not because of the restaurant but because the company stopped selling one of the things that made Arby's different - potato cakes. Stupid decision by corporate suits that seem a so unaware of what people like and eat that they think a Reuben is somehow a grilled sandwich that is served cold. On toasted,...
Read morelet me start by saying, i usually never complain about customer service but i went to arbys for the second time EVER with my girlfriend. the guy working drive thru was so pleasant and friendly, cracking jokes and such but didn’t inform us to stop at the first window, regardless though we waited a minute, when he didn’t notice us we just went to the second window. at the second window a girl i knew when i was young by the name of chloe was working the window and was horrible towards us, didn’t speak a single word when my gf thanked her multiple times and basically threw the food and was pretty much like BYE. the girl acted like we committed a horrible crime by being unsure of where we were supposed to go to pay. my piece of advice from two people who have worked customer service, is if you don’t have patience and you lack customer service skills, don’t work in the field!! also didn’t give us any sauce or napkins, only gave two stars cause the guy in drive thru...
