SAVE YOUR MONEY!! BEWARE OF THIS LOCATION!! On 11-06-2023 I went to Chick-Fil-A 19945 Century Blvd, Germantown, MD 20874 for dinner. I went inside to get my food. After ordering my food and went home to enjoy it. Well NOT AT ALL. After eating my fries, I begin to eat my chicken strips and right before I was getting ready to bite it, I noticed something weird hanging from the sauce. I looked closer and noticed a piece of hair sticking out from under the breading. It made me nauseous and I got upset, so I contacted the restaurant and asked for a manager. A lady named Brittany said she was the manager. I told her what happened and she said oh no that's not good I'm sorry about that. I expressed to her how frustrated I was because this was my dinner. She then said how about a refund for the entire meal and you don't have to bring the food back. I said okay. I ended up going to bed upset because this is not my first time encountering an incident with this location.
On 11-07-2023 I contacted the restaurant again to speak with another manager. The man who answered said he was a manager. I old him the situation and he was immediately apologetic and said this should not have happened. I told him that Brittany refunded my entire meal, but I was disgusted with the situation. He then stated he would put my name down so that the next time I visit I could get another meal for the inconvenience I experienced.
Tonight I went through the drive-through line. I told the gentleman my name was taken for what happened yesterday. He contacted the manager on the walkie. As he watched through the window the manager searching for my name. The manager called back on the walkie and asked what my name was and what did I order. The young man told me to proceed through the line to keep it flowing. He said they will take care of me at the window. NOT TRUE..
When I approached the drive-through window the guy asked me are you RHONDA I said yes he said you were refunded your money yesterday and you don't get anything else. I told him the manager said to come and get a complementary meal. Then he asked me if I wanted to speak with the manager. This is where all that chick-fil-A stand for went right out the window when the manager Greg approached the window, he was immediately rude and obnoxious. I began to tell him about the conversation with the manager earlier, that I will be contacting the Health Department to report this because this isn't my first time having an issue. He then stated you got refunded, now you here for free food and you threatening me with contacting the health department. I politely told Greg I was not threatening him. Period!! I told him I was going to file a complaint against the restaurant because it's not sanitary at all. He rudely said it doesn't matter. I already spoke to Brittany and she told me she refunded your money, you are not getting free food, go ahead and contact the health department then proceeded to walk away. I drove off.
I have contacted the health department and I will pursue this further because it's disgusting and something needs to be done.

Read moreWorst Chick-Fil-A experience. We arrived 50 minutes before closing, the seating area had several families and as we got in line there was a rush of people. The staff struggled with getting orders out in a timely manner for the people whom came in and order to go so we had an encounter with another customer questioning us where the line to order started as we paid and then arguing with us when we told her. That couple ended up cutting the line then. We got our food order quickly and without issue. The thing that ruined the experience was the staff. When we ordered we were not welcomed in typical chick-fil-a fashion. Staff was either pretending to be busy to avoid customers or chatting with each other about life. I interrupted two teens talking about plans for later to let them know the bathroom was out of toilet paper completely and then walked away to wait with my family for our ordered to go ice cream and neither staff went to the bathroom or any other staff member. We order 2 small ice cream cones to go and waited nearly 15 minutes (while staff filled refils or stood waiting for someone to come in and order and restocked sauces and stood around chatting) As we ate a family complained to the manager about service and he seemed defensive when the couple clearly wanted it to be an opportunity for the staff to improve in their treatment of customers/provid feedback. Read moreThis is my new addiction, Chick-fil-A Every time I go I get two wraps, two chicken sandwiches, and two orders of chicken nuggets. it's my new favorite fast foods. Remember to get your fix in Monday through Saturday cuz they're closed on Sundays. I have been to Chic-Fil-A's in Gaithersburg/Germantown that I love them all, they all have their own charm and they're all wonderful in their own way. The pros ranges from the fast friendly service, to well-built mobile app/web ordering, Loyalty program to the delicious food which is like home cooked pan fried chicken all the way to the bu;mmer cons, the major one its expensive, definitely not ain't cheap, keep in mind quality cost so buy all you want but eat all you buy. The 2nd and trivial con bummer is that they're closed on Sundays. Also what they should be closed but they do way too much business. Pro tip order on the app or over the web for counter pickup.
