Firehouse Subs Century Blvd — Restaurant in Maryland

If I could give no stars I would. I've been to this location twice. The first time was to order a sub for my boyfriend and the service that day took 20 minutes when I was the only one there. After I brought the sub back to my boyfriend, he said the sub tasted funny and didn't feel well the rest of the day.

After a few years of not having gone, I went yesterday with my boyfriend to order a medium sandwich along with a brownie to go. My boyfriend and I are the the only ones in the store, and I get rang up. I paid for the food and told my boyfriend to pick brownie he wanted to have the cashier have a look of realization on her face that she rang us up for two brownies and told us to grab another one and that she was sorry. She never asked if I wanted two and was okay with just having another brownie. I got no offer to refund the extra brownie. Considering I've had two bad experiences with Firehouse I'm never going back. While I will say the cashier did apologize for ringing up an extra brownie, I've never had a cashier not ask to make sure I was okay with being charged for an extra...

I hate to complain because the boy taking my order was so friendly however I went in to order a sandwich for my husband last night right before they closed and when I was reading off the list on my phone of what my husband wanted on his NY steamer the boy would say something like “oh that comes with it already” so I said great! And then I also told him to add banana peppers and pepper corn ranch I believe. I looked at the receipt while he was making my sandwich and thought it was a little odd because it only showed the “extra” things. When I get home and give my husband his sandwich it didn’t have anything of the things it was supposed to come with the only toppings were the two extras I told him. I absolutely love my local Firehouse Subs! The staff here are incredibly kind, friendly, and always make me feel welcome. On days when I’m too tired after work to cook, I know I can count on them for a delicious, fresh, and satisfying dinner at a great price.

The subs are consistently amazing—everything from the bread to the toppings is always fresh, and you can tell they take pride in their quality.
