China Express — Restaurant in Maryland

If there was a way i could give 0 Stars then I would ,don’t order from this place and use a card I ordered my food august 27th 2022 which was last Saturday and my total was $23.00 including the tip I gave them.When I looked at my account on Tuesday august 30th 2022 it said that this restaurant charged my card an extra $5 dollars from the tip without any AUTHORIZATION. Mind you the tip that i did give the delivery man didn’t even deserve that tip because he was rude when he was handing me my food.Once i saw that they charged my account an extra $5 i immediately contacted my bank for them to dispute it, I will never order from this place again they lost themselves a faithful customer all because they wanted to be sneaky and try to take my money without my authorization i don’t recommend ordering from this place and if you do PLEASE DON’T ORDER...

I spent $75.00 on a food order 3 fish subs all old reheated fish and 3 orders of wing nasty old reheated chicken nothing fresh also order spring rolls and salted vegetables and the forgot to bring my other order had and would not bring food back told me driver or work like they dont have other drivers for the night of they close at 11pm so I went to store and they gave me back $26 of my order only they that was fresh was my strawberry soda never will I order from them again I like Thai food better anyways just wish they delivered I'm done listen or learn from your own experience they need to provide better quality food are they should be closed if can provide quality food thank u will forward to Better Business...

I ordered shrimp egg foo young, no rice w/ sauce on the side. I've ordered this particular meal several times (over the last couple of years), the same way. Never had one problem. They hired a new young man (lack- luster attitude). Opened my food to eat, gravy all over my patties. I called tried to explained to the young man (who didn't seem to understand what I was saying). Spoke with manager/owner, she said the young man was new... Long story short, I have to take my food in to have the order cooked over. Decided to take it back 2morrow b/c I'm not going back out 2night, and now I don't want the food, I want my money back. That food was for this evening, not 2morrow!!!
