Consistently awful. Over years.The owner is a sham who can't keep qualified employees so he cheaps out by hiring (literally) uncaring teenagers who play on their phones. Corporate should shutter this location. Even on the simplest toppings, whether delivery or in person. I think they cook the cheese pizzas with flame throwers! How is cheese made crispy and noodly? Every. time. Even if light cooking is requested-The top is so burned black, the marina turns to dry red jelly! When I try pick up? There are favor hire

Whoever was working Saturday Feb 15 from 6pm-8pm had the worst customer service. From deliver driver to the managers. They hung up on us, lied to us about their names & were the most impossible group to work with. We are in a house full of children and the driver came to deliver the order and was not trying whatsoever to accommodate a pregnant mom with 4 kids when we literally paid for delivery service for that reason of accommodation. He said he couldn’t find parking when there are 4 free parking garages surrounding the building. He marked our order as complete and never delivered it. This whole experience was so frustrating and out of hand for NO reason. It’s not rocket science to deliver a pizza and these guys clearly need to take a class on customer service because the rude behavior we experienced during this was beyond me. At this point forget the pizza- we are taking this to corporate solely for the HORRENDOUS customer service. No wonder this place has terrible reviews...

I'll start with that this store is perfectly fine if you're going to go pick it up yourself.

That said, their ability to deliver timely and accurately is atrocious. There have been multiple times when it has taken them over an hour on days when there are no sporting events or holidays going on. They have forgotten sauces. They've messed up orders.

My order tonight was a single pizza and some bread sticks. The tracker said 27-37 minutes total delivery time - showed QC check in 7 minutes - barely left the store in the amount of time it was supposed to take to get to my door - and took them another 28 minutes to go the 1.9 miles (google has it at a 7 min trip). All in all, over an hour to get my order. And for that amazing service they charged nearly $5 for the delivery.

And when you click the button on the website to 'tell them how they did' it gives you a free pizza for them sucking... that expires in 30 days. I don't order enough to use that.
