Dunkin' — Restaurant in Maryland

This location leaves much to be desired. I have now given the drive-thru three tries, and will be avoiding this location from now on. The first visit, they assumed my order was an iced version I had ordered without double checking if I wanted my order hot or iced. Since it had been the first time, it wasn't a big deal. Trip two and three through their drive-thru have cemented the decision to not visit this location again. Trip two resulted in a 5-min wait at the speaker where you wait, and then proceeding to wait an addition nearly 15-min before the line moved at all after that. After trip number three today, honestly not sure how they're still open. Ordering wasn't an issue, but literally ended up sitting in the line behind two other vehicles for 10 nearly 15min to the point where I could see the vehicle two in front of me put their car into park. I even tried giving the store a phone call twice to see what the hell was going on. The first call literally just ringing non-stop before an automated message asking for a code (not sure why). The second call literally didn't connect at all with an automated message saying it couldn't connect, when the phone number dialed is the phone number listed within the Dunkin' app. Messing up orders, and not being able to run a drive thru this many times is a reflection of the owners/operators of...

2024 update: Still a 10/10. Other Dunkins in the area don't hold a candle to this place. Looking crisp since the remodeling, too! Hat's off to all the folks I always see getting my regular in the drive thru lane, y'all are fantastic.

Updated review: Yeah, it's still good. I go here fairly regularly for breakfast and coffee before work, and I haven't had an order issue in a long time. Service is still punctual, employees are still efficient and kind. I've only gone inside once since the pandemic (I'm mostly a drive-thru customer), but the place was perfectly clean when I did. Still a solid go-to.

Older review : I mean, it's a Dunkin. You get what you're expecting and that's just fine by me. Coffee is solid and the options are fun and varied. My go-to breakfast is the sausage, egg, and cheese croissant with a side of hash browns and whatever coffee experience I'm vibing with that day, and I think I've only ever had my order flubbed maybe once in the several years I've been going here. Drive through is fast, too--I've stopped by when the line was backed up onto the highway and still got through in record time (often under 10 minutes) compared to other drive-thrus in the area with similar backup. (Y'all over there waiting 30min in the chik fil a line for some homophobic chicken??...

This Dunkin Donuts is not the best. I'm giving them two stars because they are always nice but their order accuracy is terrible. I've been here two separate times with my order being wrong. I take my children here on occasion to get some of the Munchkin donuts. Each time, I ordered a 25 count with half being chocolate, half being blueberry. I get that 25 is an odd number and cant be evenly split into two; however; the first time I ordered, the flavors were correct but they gave me 22 Munchkins. Seriously? You couldn't have given me 24 which is closer to the number I ordered and PAID for? The second time I ordered - I didn't even count them but the flavors were wrong. I'll just start going out of my way to LaPlata since this place cant get...
