Mama Leah's Pizza — Restaurant in Maryland

I called in an order yesterday amd was told it would be ready in 10-15 minutes. Upon arriving 10 minutes later i was told that they hadnt even processed my order and they all rejected ever getting it. I knew who picked up the phone amd it was sad to see him lie to my face. I wad then told it will be abother 20 minutes of waiting. This was ridiculous.it was not busy at all there. In fact for art of the time i was the only one there and there were no other orders to even fill. 20 minutes later i ask on the status of my order ad i am told "i cant help you i dont work in the kitchen". This coming from the person who is standing in the kitchen and clearly working. Then a different guy walks in and orders 2 slices. One of the workers clearly knew him and instead of giving me the next pie that came out after i have been waiting for over a half hour he takes 2 slices from it and gives it straight to this new guy. Ridiculous. Finally after really pushing them which made me uncomfortable they finally got me my order. Not once did they...

Update 3 months later: I'm not sure what's going on with management, but this place has really started showing signs of neglectful management: every time I go the paper towels and napkins are all out. The seasonings and ketchup bottles are almost all empty, you never know if the soda fountain or the ice is going to be working, and today the pizza oven and phones were not working, and they didn't even have caps for the cups!! I've loved this place for a long time, but the negligence is REALLY starting to show.... These little things all add up, and I was forced to go to their competitors down the street, Caramels Pizza, whose pizza and fries were absolutely delicious, have a ton of great options for drinks, and the staff are friendlier.... I'll update this review in a few months if they seem to get their stuff together...

"Fish and chips" is fish and potato chips. Meal was delivered in 2 parts, 15 minutes apart. This is no longer the establishment it used to be!

Went back today. I ordered 3-cheese lasagna. My wife ordered a mushroom bowl. In the middle of ordering, the counter person turned away and helped a customer, then disappeared into the kitchen. So we ordered from another person.

The soda from their machine was completely flat, and there were no napkins or paper towels in the dispensers; the counter personnel just shrugged. My lasagna came in about 5 minutes: my wife's bowl, perhaps 20 minutes later. The lasagna was steaming on top, but impressively cold under the surface. But i will say that the flavor was OK.
