😡 Worst customer service ever. I search everything and the restaurant the came first was macdonalds it said they do have it gluten-free my Daughter was happy yes she's 12 years old but she loves it so once in awhile it ok but when the doctor says she can't eat food with gluten she said it won't be the same so I try to make the most of it and I told let search it and there it was the one she want it and she was happy so I went ask the girl to help me find the one without gluten and she I don't even know what's that I saw my daughter face immediately ask for the manager for her to tell me when the girl asked she didn't give me an answer straight up in my face, not she told that girl the first that girl that I asked. will she have to search it up online? Which was the first thing I did, and then I saw another lady helping this angry customer. After she was like almost leaving from that customer, I asked her, are you the manager? And she said yes, one of the managers well, I told her I ask if I could talk to the manager a long time ago. well, the thing is that the manager in the other one that never faced me said that they never heard about it. They don't know nothing about it And that is just a shame my daughter cried in the car, saying you see it nothing on the same anymore, I have that thing on me, and now I can't eat anything I can't eat the food I like I can eat basically anything that I want to eat and I wanted it, you know for her to feel Better if you could say that she doesn't eat it every day but at least I wanted it to give it to her after...
Read moreThe order in drive thru was not right but fixable. I drove back in line to get the problem corrected. The issue was a breakfast sandwich that they failed to put cheese on. I handed the sandwich back stating what my order was for. They reluctantly took my sandwich but when I got it back they microwaved the sandwich and the cheese was liquefied and the sandwich was soggy. Then I drove back in line to return the food and get a refund. I was told by another incompetent employee that they couldn't take the food back but could get a manager. The manager never responded to my request so I assumed he may never have told them. Another friendly employee came to the window asking if I was helped prior, I indicated that I had not and that I was still waiting for a manager. So after an additional 4 minutes the employee came back with my refund so the manager had little to no interest.
