Rarely I go to McDonalds in the morning because I'm aware of the madness. However, my kiddos were a little hungry and Drive Thru wasn't moving too quick so I decided to walk in.
I was assisted by "Benjamin" asked for 2 Sausage McMuffin and a Large Iced Coffee ... This order alone for him to enter it into the register took 4 times to repeat myself. Then he gives me the total and told me something that it wasn't close to what the normal cost is. Then he "made" adjustments to the order and off I went ... Noticed on the receipt that he charge me for "premium coffee" so I told him that this should have been an iced coffee ... Shortle after he said "talk to the manager" He went ahead and called the manager and told me that the .99 any size iced coffee is only when you used the app ... Which I found off because it was advertised throughout the store and without any indication about the app.
10 minutes passed and I am wondering about the iced coffee and the two sandwiches as I had to be somewhere. So I asked the manager to kindly check in my order ... He checks and tells me here is your coffee ... A coffee that has been sitting there for a little longer than expected. I told him I didn't order that I ordered an iced coffee. Right before me another customer had complained about the same mistake. Manager went ahead and told him outloud "Benjamin" this is the 2nd time you make the same mistake you have to pay attention ... In front of at least 8 customers.
Manager gave me the iced coffee originally requested and then picked up a bag where the sandwiches were and handed it over.
Not a sorry for the delay, or for your trouble let me go ahead and give you the $ back. None of that.
Long story short kiddos didn't eat the sandwiches because they were cold and I was already too far to complain about it.
But I promise myself to leave this review. Not a fan of this McDs ... Avoid it...

During a slow time with two cars behind me, I got my drinks and waiting on my meals, I asked to add an iced tea to my order. The short curly haired old Latin man straight up said “No”, twirled his short little chubby finger and said, “go around there are people waiting behind you.” Uh it’s just a drink!? I proceeded to wait another theee minutes and decided to go in while my friend waited in the car at the window for our order.
Got my drink INSIDE and still back in the car by the time the order was complete.. Manager says that he has to get the employee’s side of the story HAHA really what are we in court?? Lol I just love to order A $1 drink while I’m waiting on an already existing order at the drive thru. Yup.
The rude employee says that he didn’t understand what I was asking ( ?! B...S...) Smh.
AND I go out with my drink AND they got our order WRONG: Missing food. Lol went BACK in and asked for the young man manager’s boss because he seemed uninterested in my frustration and dissatisfaction with this rude employee. Straight stared at me like I was from another planet.. He said THAT I HAD TO COME IN THE MORNING TO FIND THAT OUT BECAUSE HE CANNOT GIVE ME THAT INFO(??). A name? He cannot give me his supervisors name?? Ok kid.

Read moreIt has become a chore every time we stop at this location, as we have started to go to other locations who GET IT RIGHT! There’s “HiC”…., and there’s Fanta. One is juice and the other is soda. But this location can’t seem to understand a customer who knows the difference when the staff try to convince the customer that “HiC” is just flat Fanta😒 And if that is the case…, why are you constantly giving flat anything. We literally have to pull over from the Drive-thru, walk inside to get the drink ourselves from the lobby fountain to be satisfied. WTH McDonald’s. The drive thru customer service has gone downhill a bit, only with the male employees…. Now we can’t get the products that is advertised on the menu right…, because it’s “flat”!
