I have came to this McDonald’s 5-6 days a week for 2 1/2 years. I order the same thing everytime. A hash brown, a sausage burrito and a large caramel frappe with extra extra extra caramel. No matter where I was at I drove to this location because they USE to take care of me. Well for the past 2 years they charged me .30 cent for the extra caramel. Ok cool. I don’t mind paying a dollar if they give me what I ask for. Well now for the past 2 months they’ve raised it from .30 cent to .50 cent and I’ve notice the past 2 weeks it’s .60 cent. Like I said above I don’t mind paying a dollar if they gave it to me, but they don’t. They give me less caramel than they did when it was .30 cent. The Spanish manager ( I think she is) always rushes me off the intercom and never gives me the extra caramel, but she’s sure to charge me. They must’ve had a meeting to tell all employees to charge me because I sent my friend through to order the same frappe and they didn’t charge her a penny for the extra. I use to love this McDonald’s. If you do the math I’ve spent over $6,000 dollars here in the past 2 1/2 years. That is a part timers yearly income.
If your going to charge someone, give them what they pay for. If someone chooses to come to your location over the other 10 McDonald’s in Frederick everyday for years don’t rush them while they are...

When I told him that it's your fault that you didn't see our order and made it, he said we don't have time and when I asked him his name So he refused to tell me, I told him that you have argued with us, this behavior is not right, I want to complain against you, please tell me your name, so he refused to tell me his name. Such a large chain and its counter-representative behavior is like this. The line was very slow. There weren't many cars a head of us. We sat at the speaker to order for several minutes before someone asked if we needed to order. We placed our order and saw the items on the screen as she repeated them. No total was given. We sat waiting for a total or directions to pay at the next window, but nothing was said. After waiting, we pulled forward paid, but no receipt was given. Finally we pulled up to pick up the order, it was shoved out and she began to walk away "Excuse me we're missing 2 hashbrowns" the staff person said "well she didn't charge you for them, you'll have to go around and get back in line."
