Panda Express — Restaurant in Maryland

I had meant to write about this place awhile ago but i had forgotten until now. This was maybe a few months after this location had opened where I came in got my 3 item combo but the asian girl at the front gave me the smallest portions. I had been to Panda numerous times at other locations so i knew what was normal. I complained and after some back and forth where she didnt want to give me more, she says something to the chef who may have even been her father. He comes over and takes this big scoop and puts it down all sloppily on my plate like he was mad but giving me what i wanted. Now I never go to this location and just use the one like 1 mile away. I was wondering why this location was so dead since it's in Dobbin Center, but now i know. They get what they deserve. I just wonder what motivates this location to try and skimp on customers vs...

Had to do it. These guys have forgotten sauces every single time I order, and have forgotten a paid extra meat for the bigger plate 3 times. Today I am writing because I was being convinced to eat the wrong meal delivered to me. Ordered bigger plate with paid meet and cheese wonton. I got a 2 side plate, no premium meat, and no cheese wonton (missing one meat, one premium meat, and cheese wontons). When I called and asked for a refund someone tried to convince me "sorry but you still got some food, I can adjust it". They even tried to convince me they put the cheese wontons in the bag (so they already know they messed up the orders). The reason for refund was not "because Panda messed up" but "because customer no longer wanted food". I still want my food, I'm hungry! DO NOT ORDER...

I give this Panda Express a 3/5 stars. The issue wasn't the food itself, the Orange Chicken and Honey Sesame Chicken were good, they were cooked well, very tasty. The main issue with this location is their portion sizes. They HEAVILY skimp you. I barely had any Orange Chicken and the Honey Sesame Chicken on my "bigger plate" size. And my Fried Rice was skimped as well. It could be a delivery issue thing, if you go in person they'll likely not skimp you but eh, it was okay overall. I'd probably order from a different Panda Express that's more generous with the portion sizes, especially if you order the...
