POPEYE’S CATERING IS THE WAY TO GO!!!! Solomon's Steeler’s Homecoming was a Blast!!! The main challenge for the parents were deciding what food and how much to bring. Most importantly to bring food that everyone would enjoy. I have nothing negative to say ( Prince Frederick location). I ordered for 50people ( 100p chicken) The chicken was fresh, not dry and the skin was crunchy, not soggy. The sides were in trays standard half trays but deep enough.(All sides were fresh and hot the Mac and cheese was a hit we ordered double on that) Biscuits fresh, not hard. The staff had everything ready set go on time! I brought insulated bags /coolers to keep food warm no way was that necessary they had everything well packaged and hot! They provided napkins, utensils, and condiments. The staff including the manager India helped get my order into my car. The manager doubled checked my order before I left. I was relieved that everything came together for our players, coaches, parents, and guests. Although, some time has pasted since our event, parents still complement how good the food was. I am grateful for how amazing the staff and the food was. I’m so thankful for the Managers Darnell, Paul, India for making my experience a great experience!!! I look forward to future...

Went to this location to give it one last chance. Walked in at 8:30pm and immediately noticed only about 10 pieces of chicken were under the heat lamp. I was immediately told, “that all the chicken was frozen and that the day crew did not do their job”. They could only offer a few selections of chicken. The manager said they couldn’t cook chicken fingers, nuggets, or chicken sandwiches, and it would be a 20 minute wait if I wanted fresh spicy chicken wings. After being told again all their chicken was frozen, the manager didn’t even make an attempt to say they would cook it. So I asked my daughter if she would like to go to Chick-fil-A instead, the acting manager heard this and asked if I could pick her up a milkshake. Can’t make this stuff up. I don’t know what’s going on with all the restaurants in Prince Frederick, but nobody wants to do their job. So...

I visited this particular Popeyes approximately a dozen times over the past year. When one particular server is working there, the service is good, but each time I have gone in to order when he is not, the service is probably the worst I have experienced from any franchise. I have stood waiting for someone to take my order for more than 5 minutes, when there is no one else in the store. The employees will be talking to each other or organizing chicken or something , see you and not even acknowledge you are there with a greeting or say I will be right with you. I finally have given up after the last visit and will buy fried chicken from anywhere else even if it isn't as good. Poor management to not train there people common courtesy...
