Poor service. We went into Burger King to get dinner. We stood at the counter for about three minutes and nobody said a word to us. Then a woman employee with reddish hair asked me if I was paying in cash or card. I told her card. She told me go use the kiosk. First of all, I had my 92-year-old mother with me and I am not good with technology myself being in my 60s. So just being dismissed and told to go use the kiosk is ridiculous. These people are there to service the public. They are getting paid to service the public. So I went over to the kiosk and tried to use it and couldnāt find one of the deals on it. So I went back up to the counter and I told the same woman that I was having difficulty. A young gentleman was sitting and having his lunch on break and she started yelling at him to help me. He had earbuds in and could not hear. I believe his name was Eric. So I went over to him and said Eric and he took his earbud out. She told him to help me on the kiosk, instead of helping me herself. He was a very nice young man and helped me to place the order. This person should not be servicing the public in any way because she is rude and doesnāt even care to do her job. Forcing somebody when theyāre on their break to work is against Maryland labor laws. I hope the management takes care of...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreHad a late lunch here yesterday. Iād have to give this place 4 āļøs. It was good but not great. The food had mixed reviews. Our burgers looked and tasted great! They were piping hot and tasted 100% fresh. The fries Iād give a B to. I actually asked the cashier for fresh fries. She responded saying she was pretty sure they had recently come out. I even told her I would be Google reviewing our experience. And itās totally possible that they were pretty fresh when she said that. Part of the problem may have arisen from the fact that nearly 10 minutes elapsed between our order being taken, and receiving our food. There was a nice couple ahead of us in line who also waited an enormously long time for their food. While our cashier was super nice, Iād still have to give service a B+. The interior of the restaurant was neat and clean. Bathrooms and parking lot were also. Re: parkingā¦there was a moderate amount of parking available close by. Additional parking was also available slightly further away as it was located in the parking lot of a strip mall. They also had a cool self service ordering station which was interesting and something Iāve never seen before, and of course a drive thru. So overall 4 āļø s. Itās. I needed barbecue sauce because everyone wants bbq sauce for their fries and their burgers. He said I had to pay more for bbq so I started counting out change bc I already paid with my card for the food. He had an attitude bc he tried to hand me 3 bbq sauce packs and I said no I need more than that. I gave him like $2.10 of coins and he hands me all them packs like 7-8 packs! hand to hand out of the drive through window like an idiot instead of just putting it in the bag bc he didnāt hand me my food yet. The twerp at the window went and said something to the other guy who then walks up to hand me my food and he asks me āyou gonna eat all that bbq sauceā like I just ordered ALL THIS FOOD AND GOT ALL THIS BBQ SAUCE FOR MY OWN FAT SELF TO EAT!
