Ok, this place is worth the stop despite anything you can tell me you don’t like. Yes, it’s going to be 20 minutes to get your food - order ahead. If you only have a 30 minute lunch break, plan ahead. The food is delicious and it is prepared with care in a precise way - quality is always good because of that. The staff behind the counter are not native English speakers. Listen carefully and be respectful. They are very happy to serve you, even if you are in a rush. Rt2 is extremely busy and access from Northbound is a challenge. The parking lot is in rough shape and there was trash on the ground when I visited today (see the opening sentence) Thanks for my lunch

No complaints, my first time here. The food was cooked to order, we just beat the dinner rush. Everything was fresh, well seasoned, generous portions. They have salsa that comes prepackaged red, yellow and green good flavor. They have fresh pico de gallo, seasonal veggies and a few dozen chickens roasting at a time. We ordered churrasco de pollo, carne asada (a little to salt for me) grilled shrimp and short rib which they sold out of earlier so we opted for a different chicken. While they we witness employees cleaning during down time, not just counters and table tops but air vents, walls in the seating area the cabinets hiding the trash bins and the soda machine.

I go here when I’m in the mood for Peruvian cuisine. Don’t really have any other choice since there’s no other Peruvian restaurants nearby. I usually get chicken with arroz chaufa and fried yuca. It’s pretty good. I decided to try their ceviche and it was okay and a bit overpriced, I’ve had better and wouldn’t order it again. I’m just going to stick with the chicken whenever I order from here. The service can just depend on the times you go and how busy they are. I had good experiences and long waiting times experiences here. I wish there was a separate place to pick up online orders, it would make it an easier and faster experience

I've always wanted to try Sardi's Pollo A La Brasa. So, I was grateful when I got the opportunity to try the restaurant...Upon reaching there....I spotted a crowd in line inside of the restaurant from the parking lot. I was pleased because for some reason I thought that I would be the only one there. But I went inside and I even more impressed that there was a line....they were super busy and I just knew that the food will be good....I waited in line for about 10mins then it was my turn to give my order....of course there was language barrier issue but we both did our best to understand each other. I ordered 1&1\2 chicken with four sides which was Peruvian Fried Rice, plantains, French Fries, and Black Beans...it was hard telling the person who took my order to give me lots of French fries.... but at the end she gave me what I needed which was lots of Fries.... and the rest of my sides where beaucoup, very plentiful...And that was very nice to see the amounts of food given to me.... However when I asked for Pita bread which was on the internet....they didnt really have it and they also did not offer any Pita bread or Tortilla or even dinner rolls to help eat the chicken....We had to pay extra $2.50 if we wanted one pita bread (I thought it should be included And I was disappointed in them for that reason.... The second reason I was disappointed in them was, that after ordering a combo, they failed to offer me drinks for buying food that amounted to over $40..... I mean how were we going to eat our food...I had to ask them for a complimentary cup but they said that was only for water.. I was gravely disappointed, and totally heart broken in them for this reason and i had to pay over $2 for the drinks if I wanted it.... smh....bottom line.....even after the food was bought, I still had to go to food Lion to get a pack of flour tortilla wraps to eat the food we bought at Sardi's which was about $2.99... the tortilla wraps works great with the chicken and my friend and I enjoyed the food in the end....despite the GMO, steroid filled chicken we purchased from here, I will still say the taste of the chicken was average but still had the charcoal broiled look that it should have... overall I'll give the place a 70% grade average....the food overall was very satisfying and very Fufilling....But very expensive at the same time with no intent of actually satisfying a customer or truly...

Worst service ever at this location. I don’t normally do reviews, but I have to encourage people to stay away from here and spend your money where your business is appreciated because it is not appreciated here. I normally cater food with Sardi’s through their College Park office but since I needed this order Sunday they suggested I use Glen Burnie location again. Mind you the last time I used them I had to call the corporate office. This time I said I will give another chance. I called to order the lady left me on hold for 8 mins had to put down and call back. Then when I finally got someone to take my order I couldn’t order some items in bulk she said they only sell with platters. We went Sunday to pick up the food and spent over ninety dollars in food and the manager only wanted to us 3 sauces for all that chicken, shrimp and rice. I said the rice is usually dry we will need more he said we had to pay .35 cents additional. At this point they refused us further service so we left. I had my daughter dedication, so of course if I didn’t have people waiting on the food I would have left everything there and made other arrangements. However, it is the second time we got treated like second class citizens here, and will not patronize Sardi’s again. No way I should spend 100.00 and get three sauces for all that food when the college park location gives us large size side order containers with all the sauces. Never again. I catered my son first birthday, sister-in-law shower, last Mother’s Day and many other events from them but the refusal for further service from the man there is a huge no non. I will find a new company to cater my events....

Called an order in, repeated the order to staff 3x. Staff told me order would be ready in 17 min. Got there in 19 mins; asked the staff where can i pay and pick up my order, was ignored.

Finally 10 mins later I make it to the register and the same lady whom I asked about my order tells me she can help when initially she acted dumbfounded.. fast forward, I pay and am handed half of my order and the same dimwitted staffer tells me to get back in the line to get the rest of my order (granted now I’m 30 mins in..). I tell the counter person that I’m missing my half chicken with 2 sides (one of the sides is not available atm, so i wait). Finally the last piece of my order is available and now the cashier is holding my order hostage even though I’ve already paid. She begins to apologize, the apology means nothing if you tell me to come for pick up in 17 mins and 40 mins have gone by?!? I was treated with a lousy attitude and when I brought it up to their attention; I was ill treated as a customer.

I get home to find out that my order of (3) chicken and cheese sandwiches is wrong, even though I repeated the order to the staffer 3x and she acknowledged that she understood 🙄

I’ll never return to any Sardi’s ever again, Your staff is incompetent in taking a clear and concise order and when you question the order, you’re the bad guy. When this location initially open it was great, it’s since gone down the tubes 👎🏼

Staff I dealt with that had a snooty attitude: Erika
