Central Asia Carry Out — Restaurant in Maryland

Low and behold this Chinese restaurant was great! They did not cross contaminate my food and I did not have an allergic reaction. There restaurant was clean and I can tell they use fresh veggies and meat. I ordered chicken mein fun and beef egg fu young. It was delicous! Was not greasy, noodles were light and I didnt even need to use soy sauce. I have not been to a chinese restuarant in a long time because a lot of them have mysterious meat, it's usually heavy and greasy and they cross contaminate there food. Called to place an order for the lunch special and the female owner was extremely rude and impatient with zero customer service skills. She rushed me to place my order and then invited me to cancel the order and go somewhere else. What the owner did not realize is that my phone was on speaker and various individuals witnessed and heard her poor behavior and attitude. I ordered general Tao’s chicken. First of all, I had to dig to the bottom for the 3 little pieces of broccoli. And not at all Spicy, (my 3 year grandson was able eat it ), No hot peppers 🌶 in it at all. I called to complain, she keep telling me if I want extra spicy , I need to order extra spicy. I have order general Tso’s chicken many times from various places. This is normally a very spicy dish. I had to kept repeating that it’s no heat at all, I fed to a kid ( which they never eat because of it being so hot. Very disappointed for the money I paid.
