Stopped through to get a quick meal, what I thought anyway.
My daughter and I walked in and was immediately greeted with an employee complaining because she needed to leave as she had been there all day. I definitely understand her complaints, however, the customers shouldn't be the ones to suffer because other employees didn't show up for work. After about 20 minutes with no update on our order, I requested a refund for my daughter order. Yet, the original cashier had left.and someone else was now at the register taking orders. As we stood there, orders were being filled at the drive through and no one has given us our food or asked what our order was to ensure good customer service. Even after stating that I wanted a refund, there was no type of reconciling by ensuring that we get our order.. the refund was processed without any hesitation.
I love to go into establishments in my area, however this is the reason why going to the suburbs is best for better customer service. As we stood there, there was no professional at all!!! Upper management really need to go through and clean out...
Read moreThis is a very unpleasant place. The employees are rude I asked for fries without salt after I got to the window because the one they gave me was very salty and not even hot. When the person bought them out I don't know what he call himself so I'll say person he was rude I said thank you he rolled his eyes and proceed to walk away I said it again he just walked off with an attitude. So of course I don't feel safe in eating the food so I lost money. It sad the we can't go into out black community neighborhood stores and get good customers service I've never been to this Wendy's because I always choose to go out my way for good customer service. But as my Aunt used to say you go to raggedy places you get raggedy services. So I got just that. Will never go back there and I will let all my family and friends know. Now I see why they only got 3 stars. Nobody has nothing nice to say about this place. Get better servers that has good...
Read moreThe wait time at this location is long whether there is 10 or 1 person in line ahead of you. I go to this location out of convenience, but the fact that my order is almost always wrong (e.g., they'll swap out items without my permission, omit ingredients, and take payments knowing they don't have items on hand) is beyond frustrating. One of the managers even accused me of saying an item was wrong when she said she knew for a fact it was right because she made it herself...until I pulled the item out and proved it was incorrect. She did not apologize. They don't offer anything for your inconvenience, unless you ask for it. I think waiting in line for 20 minutes just an item to be fixed incorrectly, then having to drive back to the location and wait in line an additional 25 minutes warrants at least an apology. If you order a chocolate chip cookie or baconator fries, I suggest you check your bag...
