I went to this Wendy's for my lunch break. I stood in the lobby for 5 mins before anyone walked to the front to acknowledge my self or the line of people who had formed behind me. The young lady walks up without a friendly demeanor about herself and offered no apology about the wait. I placed my order and she walked way with out taking my money and began laughing and joking around loudly in the back with her crew members before coming back to take my card for payment she handed my card back with out giving me my receipt. While waiting for my food a off the clock team member walked in smelling of marijuana and the whole team came running to the front to greet him and give him a free drink of yellow lemonade.( I wonder where all this enthusiasm was for your customers) A older man walked to the front and noticed there where still clients in the front waiting for their food still and got my order together. It took maybe 12mins for me to get my food. After getting my food I noticed I had hair in my Fish Sandwich which makes since seeing as the young lady who took my order had no hair net on her head and had her hair flying everywhere out the back of her hat. I never will go back!!! Just realized they also "forgot" pickle and cheese on my sandwich. I had to go back to the store where I found out they just ran out of pickle so instead of telling me that they just gave me a sandwich with out it like that was ok. This particular restaurant gave me the worst experience customer service wise that I have had in all of my experiences. The young lady that waited on me was not pleasant at all. As a matter of fact, she expressed through her body language that I was interrupting her or wasting her time by placing an order. After asking her if she was okay because of her unpleasant attitude, she just shook her head yes as she stared at me blankly. She quietly affirmed my order and when I asked her to repeat it because I did not hear her, with an attitude she repeated. That this is accepted in today's world and not addressed by management or ownership is totally sad and unfortunate. This is, unfortunately, the world that we live in today where people feel like as long as money is being made, the rest does not matter. Of course it goes without saying that I will never return to this restaurant again. Second time there was a rude female employee taking my order at the drive thru. Speaker box wasn’t working properly neither one of us could hear each other well. Has an attitude when she comes out to look at the box. Doesn’t even acknowledge me. After another failed attempt to communicate through the box she tells me to pull to the window where she takes my order like I did something to her. I ask for another employee to finish my transaction and the rest of the time I’m there I can see her side eyeing me and giving me looks... I decide to give this place one more chance. I ordered chili cheese fries. You might as well do it yourself.
