I received a Dumkin Donuts gift card and been visiting various stores that I am near for a refresher. I went to this one today. I ordered my drink, they told me they were out of lemonade. Then they proceeded to say they’re making lemonade now. Okay, cool. When I got to the window and swiped my gift card I was told I still owe .48. I paid it but then got curious because I knew I had at least $3 on the card. I asked the person at the register that I thought the refresher was $3. He said hold on he was going to check my order. When he came back to the window he told me that the MANAGER told him that the price increased. Now unless the price increased from yesterday, or from the time I pulled up to their store with signs on the window that stated medium refresher $3, or from the time I checked the app this morning, but that was a bunch of BS. Some lady came and handed me the refresher and it’s a little cup. I look at my receipt and I noticed I was charged for a small refresher. I told them I wanted a medium strawberry dragon fruit refresher specifically!!!!! I’m so aggravated with this Dunkin location and to top it off, the refresher was digusting!!! I’ll drive to Maineville or Lebanon any day. And lastly, providing “good” customer service…why would you ring up a smaller drink for a higher price other than the $3 special that Dunkin has. I know I asked for a medium, but as an associate, why wouldn’t you say-mam our the medium is $3, would you like that Instead. Read moreWalked in, the poor cashier had no clue what he was doing. Looked like it was due to poor training or his first day on the job. I had ordered a coffee and muffin. Stood for 20 minutes waiting on my muffin which was fine but when I tried to get someone’s attention to get my muffin, all the employees just looked at me like and then walked to do something else. Service was very poor and the place looked like it was ran by a bunch of teenagers/high schoolers, there needs to be an adult who can make sure that customers are getting their orders. Their app is one of the most convenient to use and your order is typically ready when you pull up to the speaker. I am especially impressed with the young adults working at Dunkin and how mature and professional they are.
