On Saturday, June 15, 2024, at approximately 5pm. I tasted the Crispy Pork with Basil. First time in a long time my taste buds were soaring. On said date and time, I was watching PPV Boxing & UFC in Kihei. My associate from Kahului brought over a feast from BANGKOK MODERN THAI ST. FOOD. The first bite of the Crispy Pork Basil was unexpected, shocking, the texture, the crunch. The second bite the rice, the veggies, all coated in that magical, spicy, sauce. The tiny hair's on the back my neck & my eyes brows were tingling. I was transported to 🇹🇭THAILAND🇹🇭. Flavor was perfect balance, the spice level was executed perfectly. Heat was not painful because the pepper corn numbs your face.

Possibly the most delicious and authentic green curry and pineapple rice outside of Thailand. It was shockingly excellent and I have lived in Thailand.

They got the delicate flavors balanced correctly and it was chock full of protein and authentic vegetables including the Thai mini eggplant.
