The drunken noodles were the absolute highlight—flavorful, perfectly cooked, with those thick, hearty noodles that hit all the right notes. Definitely some of the best we’ve had!

The bao bun with fried chicken was also very good—though not quite at the same amazing level as the noodles, it was still an enjoyable and satisfying dish.

Pricing: While the prices aren’t inexpensive, they are fair compared to most places on Maui, which often charge exorbitant rates. Here, we felt the quality matched the cost, and it was well worth it.

Happy Belly is a delicious food truck that you should definitely swing by, if you're in the area. Earlier today, I got the Pork Belly Bowl and it arrived fast, piping hot, delicious and tender. It's a simple dish that really hit home for me, especially since I grew up eating this during my childhood. I couldn't help, but smile after each bite.

The pork was cooked to perfection with the right amount of crisp, juice and flavor. I was a little lukewarm about with the dipping sauce, but it was still a great meal! Delicious! My belly is happy. Didn't think I was that hungry this rainy night in Kihei, but ordered the udon drunken noodles with shrimp and my husband got the Panang curry with pork belly. We both cleared our plates. Super tasty! The udon drunken noodles had a bit of spice, the panang curry was slightly sweet, but had a complex spicy finish. Well balanced and delicious. The crispy pork was a great complement and well fried. Order the lychee iced tea too! (Food was sooooo good we forgot to take a photo until we were already half way done eating.)
