Round Table Pizza - Kahului — Restaurant in Maui

I don't know who needs to hear this but these people ARE customer service. After 3 orders through the covid experience they reign "Supreme," pun intended.

First order they found my place, off the beaten path, and delivered as friendly/safely as possible. Justin, the delivery driver, deserves a raise. The experience was so great I called back and gave an additional $5 tip.

The second order was even more stream line. They are the best customer service on Wailea/Kihei side...bar none!

Third order, I! Made a mistake and tapped (take out) not (delivery) and 15 minutes past close they still sent a driver. I practically begged for them to just charge me for the pizza and delivery charge, without giving me the pizza but the manager insisted on delivering it to me. I didn't want my money back, I wanted to pay for what I ordered, I wanted them to get home after a long day of work but Faith the manager and Round Table Pizza insisted I get my food anyway. Justin, again delivered and could not me a nicer guy!

Kudos! Bravo! Cheers! Aloha! Best pizza place in the USA. Lived in NY, TX and CO. No better customer service and the pizza rocks!

I've worked at round table even built several of them decades ago, I know what round table should be, this place as well as app is the worst I have ever experienced. They give away your paid pizza to other customers, and do nothing about it except give a refund, how about have somebody deliver a new one with no delivery charge instead I drove home empty handed. Orders that I have gotten have been completely wrong, I've had to give my credit card number over the phone at least 5 times in a row because the girl taking the order couldn't even type in numbers correctly. Customer service here is the worst I've seen anywhere, they never fix any problems. Their credit card machines are constantly down so cash only. Round Table app is completely broken and advertises rewards that you can not use with the store or online. Being a long time Round Table lover, I avoid this place like the plague in my mind this round table doesn't even exist and I just eat at a round table in kaanapali or over on oahu. If you like round table unless you are ordering trouble and a headache your better off getting a pizza...

I'm so happy I ate here finally. Round Table is a chain, so I expected it to be on par with all the other chain pizzas. But it was so much better than the competition. The pizza wasn't greasy, and the toppings were generous. I took a chance and got the Supreme garlic chicken or something. I've never eaten a white sauce pizza before, but I had a gift card so I had nothing to lose. The pizza was delicious. I think $25 for a medium is a lot of money for a pizza, but the quality made up for it.

I also ordered some parmesan twists, and didn't think they were anything special. The corporate company should re-evaluate their recipe compared to competing pizza chain restaurants for breadsticks. My favorites are the garlic butter drenched sticks from Papa John's, or the cheesy bread at little Caesars. Those are good flavors to aim for.
