Buffalo Wild Wings — Restaurant in McAllen

It was my actual birthday when I went in, I recieved a free 6 wings! I walked in the girl was so nice! It smelled delicious and clean in the restaurant and I continued to tell her I was from DFW and so forth. Then as I looked around I seen a girl look like her I said “ wow yall look alike!” She said it was her sister. Which later I noticed worked the floor but wasn’t as cheerful and smiley as the front girl. Remember ppl we must always keep a smile working with customers, please. Anyhow I sat down where all the tables were the restaurant had maybe 10 customers in it at that time. It was so clean and spacious! The nice girl that took my order brought me my meal gave me a brownie and a drink as well!!! I enjoyed it! 2 waitresses passed me by without no comment or asked if I needed anything I finally got up took my trash and looked for a bin and didn’t find one so the waitress on the floor was at like a computer registrar and I said I don’t know where to put this she said I’ll throw it, I don’t know if she was having a bad day, didn’t want to be there or what but she didn’t seem polite or enthusiastic. Anyhow I enjoyed my experience there and definitely would recommend and go back to eat, the food was delicious!!! Superb! Yummy! Finger licking! Thank you so very much!!! I will return! This place is so affordable, clean, delicious and if you meet the girl at the front register you would definitely be pleased of her kindness, hospitality and smile!...

We were at the Bar area for the ufc on Saturday night so we expected it to be busy n stuff.Surprisinly, we found several tables available so it wasn't a packed house. Our table was dirty upon arrival which is no big deal. Haf to find somebody to bus it. Done. So no one came back to take our order so we explored the app to order from there. Cool no issue. They brought our food but not our soft drinks. No one came by so we found a male employee and asked for them. We got tired of waiting so we saw them again an hour later and finally got our drinks. Meanwhile, the family st the table next to us had an accident. The father spilled his full soda on the table and onto the floor. No one came for a while so the man was wiping it down with like 3 napkins. Finally a female employee came and told him she'd be right back. She came back after a while with a towel and no wet floor sign. She handed the man the towel and went back to what she was doing elsewhere. Didn't bother to clean it up nor make the floor safe for others. That got to us more than waiting for our stuff. Maybe people called in sick or something I don't know but I just feel it should have been handled a lot better. My friend filled out the survey before we left. There was other details on that night on it. We left disappointed. Didn't even stay for the full fight card. Been there plenty of times and it was great. Great food and service. Hope it was just an isolated...

“Dinned in” on December 27, 2021. This was my second time "dining" at this "establishment" and the only reason for going there was because it was late and just about everything else was closed and some friends suggested it.

The “restaurant” was FILTHY, nearly every single table was dirty, there was trash on the floor, food on the floor, chicken wings on the floor. I saw this mess and asked myself what they kitchen must look like. I have eaten at shacks with dirt floors in Mexico that were cleaner, and that is no lie.

Anyway, I ordered an "All American Cheeseburger" and it was not good, the picture on the menu made it look huge, the burger I was served was on a very small bun, the two patties were about as thick as cardboard, poorly formed and they fluffed it up with tomatoes, lettuce and pickles. The cheese was not melted, the burger was nearly cold and the onion rings I ordered were some of the worst I have had in my life. Whoever was “cooking” must have been new or just didn’t care.

I don't know how this place stays in business, really I have not had such a nasty "food experience" and poor service... when we wanted to pay the servers were all busy in a "girls meeting" just yaking and not paying attention. I did not feel good about leaving a tip.

I have nothing good to say about this place. Oh and I had diarrhea all night after that meal. Last thought, how the heck dose this place pass health inspections? I...
