Starbucks — Restaurant in McCall

I had gotten a drink and some egg bites from here and i was immediately greeted with an attitude from the lady working. I had asked “is it okay if i get my drink iced instead of hot?” and the lady rolled her eyes at me and said “well it’s a lot of work”. and then i asked for my egg bites. she walked away without saying anything. she then didn’t even make my drink (london fog) and just poured hot milk and WATER in a cup with ice. she slide the drink to me and then when my egg bites were done she THREW them AT me. I didn’t complain to them about the drinks because I had a feeling they wouldn’t do anything about it or they would be rude about it. I knew if they were rude to me again i was going to be rude back and i really don’t like being rude. as i walked out and put my drink in the trash they ladies working glared at me instead of helping the next customer. this was by far the worst experience i’ve ever had at starbucks and i don’t think i will ever...

This Starbucks has a nice view of the lake......but the service was so so so so bad. That I dont care if they have a view or not. Worst customer service I have ever had. It took 2 baristas 35 minutes to make three drinks. We were the only ones there!!!!! My drink barely buzzed me and it had 4 shots in each. The barista forgot the Carmel crunch and gave us our drinks smothered in Carmel down the sides. So now We have sticky sticky hands. We paid 33 dollars for three drinks and received the worst customer service that we have ever received at any coffee shop. I will stick with local places from now on while in McCall......I refuse to feed the corporate pig. Especially if this is what we get. Lousy overpriced drinks and terrible customer service. Just because it’s McCall....doesn’t make it good. I recommend you...

If you order coffee that’s advertised as being available only as a pour-over, and they don’t think you’re paying attention, they’ll just pour whatever is available as a drip option. When I questioned this technique, the barista kindly explained that what I ordered was not available as a drip coffee today and apparently thought I was incapable of reading the sign behind her. This is the second time this has happened to me at this location.
