I have had a lot of problems out of this restaurant, a lot of the time I would get there right at 10:52 PM CST and I would come up to the drive through and they would say I am sorry we are closed, can you believe it, closed during legitimate business hours. I have reported them to their corporate office so may times I have lost count. Then back in the first part of August of 2018 a young hispanic girl, about 5'4 or 5'5 with her her died with blonde highlights or just totally dyed blonde,with braces and a nice smile.
She seemed sweet at first, but later on that month I am always getting the Make It RIght, Arby's free meal coupon from their corporate office(over the period of time I had over 10 of these coupons, alone in this year in between February and September of 2018. This should confirm all the problems I am having with them. Everytime I report to corporate or when anyone reports them, they supposedly get sent over to the district manager(document) ,for their to be some type reviewor investigation,which I think is bullshite.
I say that because,if that was the case then why am I still have so many issues and which they are still careless with business, which means no one disciplines them. This recent event that happened to me where a young latino mid skin tone manager guy(wears a solid black shirt) in his maybe mid to late 20's was getting mad that I came there(September of 2018) with a Make It RIght free meal coupon, so because I came there a lot he was getting a little heated and that latina girl with the nice smile was to(but I will come back to her later). So what he did was asked me for my personal info just for him to honor my coupon,which is abnormal activity,then I asked him why are you doing this,then he made something up by saying,welll you knowww someone stole a bunch of those coupons and we are trying to track down who is using alot of these coupons at various times(BULLSHITE).
So when I placed my order and when I was finished, I went outside to make a phone and I reported his b**tch @ss. As far as that latina girl with braces who has the nice smile,she got heated one day when I came in there with a coupon,when she finished taking the coupon she was so heated to(about 500 degrees). So when I got my order, and came back out to the car,my mom asked me to get her a cup of water so I went back inside and I asked that girl that previously got heated at me(seems to be a manager)and she said I am sorry I can't do that(she was stereotyping, thinking I was gonna steal a drink that so dumb, I have been coming there for years and I am a honest person, she also stereotype other latinos from what I understand.
Except for the one she is cool with. So I reported her as well to corporate. These people don't have no business doing me that way. if they would start treating me right as a customers then I wouldn't be getting multiple Make It Right coupons if they would get their business right. As far as Mr. Arby's Manager guy when Arby's is through with their investigation and when I found out that he got my personal info under false pretense I told their corporate office, I am gonna drop a lawsuit against them so fast, they gonna think twice of how they are gonna be treating me when I come in there,even if they look at me wrong.
Another thing when I say that every time I complain , as do everyone else ,nothing happens to them. But one day last week in August of 2018 a guy from another District or maybe at corporate level, in response to that Mr. Arby's Manager man collecting my personal info(myi DL,basically he made a copy of it)which again is abnormal activity, because supposedly they only time they are to collect your ID is when they are giving you money back ,this guy calls me up and ask some questions about what can he do to resolve all this issues so I tell him,but then I focus on telling him about that dumb ass move that guy did collecting my personal info,so he told me he is gonna look into it and handle it, and when he finds out something he is gonna call me on September 06, 2018...

This was probably the worst service experience I've had in a very long time!
I decided to order at the counter instead of going through the drive thru. I wasn't sure what I wanted and didn't want to slow service down. I can only imagine that service wouldn't have been much better if I had chosen to stay in my car!
First thing I notice as soon as I walk in is an overflowing trash can. However, I give them the benefit that it's Sunday and I am arriving about an hour after what would have been a lunch rush...it took several minutes for anyone to acknowledge me at the register, even though at least 2 workers made eye contact with me. I look around and see about 4-5 people eating and someone waiting for their food.
The guy who took my order was a mess...unkempt hair (which should have been covered in a hat), wrinkly clothes and a uninterested attitude. Transaction was unremarkable...except for the almost $30 price tag!
As I went to fill my drink, my feet stuck to the floor in front of the drink dispenser. This is when I notice the floors were disgusting. Again, I'm greeted with another over flowing trash receptacle.
I begin the wait for my food...the customer ahead of me gets their food...only to come back up to the counter to wait for someone to acknowledge him so he could get some dipping sauce. Then he has to come back up a second time, because his order is wrong...he waits for another length of time before he is acknowledged. The same guy who took my order cones around the corner, EATING something! Helps the guy, then disappears again.
Mind you, I've only counted 2 other customers come through the drive thru...and there is easily 2-3 people in the back. There was definitely no interest in giving any type of customer service or cleaning the dining room!
While the food was decent...I will never visit this location again! If I'm going to spend $30 at a fast casual restaurant...I expect it to be clean and to get at least decent...
Read moreWe have Arby’s here in Nj. just gonna put this out there; I saw the picture of the person with the opossum- minding their business, and someone tried to bring this place down for no reason. Incredibly sweet, two, I believe the person was rehabilitating the little creature. So the person who has the “bad taste” in their mouth should maybe brush their teeth better. Three- the person taking care of that little animal (especially when you can see SOME people’s attitude toward a helpless creature is horrible) that was purely enduring enough... to make me want to visit Texas, and I will go to this place.
Yes, I read the other reviews. We are in a pandemic people. Relax. Don’t like what’s going on, learn to cook. Simple. While you rip people apart, understand they’re trying during difficult times. Not saying I haven’t had my share of bad experiences... but after this whole life changing event we all went endured- move on if you’re not happy. Simple.
Thank you Arby’s, and thank you to the kind person for saving that little animal and the staff for not tossing them out like they didn’t matter. I had a procedure this weekend- this brought such a smile to my face. With all the chronic pain I have been dealing with, this was the most soothing...
