OMG I had a worst experience at this place. We ordered chai latte and a hot coffee along with bagel and a southwest power sandwich without turkey. The guy was just looking us and the board and had no clue of his own menu. He wasted our 10 mins of not getting a simple order. Then he gave us cold iced chai and Coffee. We said we ordered hot. Then other guy talked with him and gave us hot drinks. Then we got our Sandwich with Turkey which I clearly said we do not want Turkey. Oh boy. Then, when we tried to say that the manager came and said do you want bread? What that means? Do sandwich comes without bread? Finally she got it. But the first person who took our order had thrown our receipt in front of us. I said we need receipt of the order please. She said we do not touch customer’s receipt because of Covid. However, we said that guy collected by himself and instead of giving it to us, he thrown it. She then doing something on the computer and we waited to get our receipt. Its been almost 15 mins, we waited and then we asked why its taking much time. She said its a new system and then again working on the computer. She was the Manager and dont know the products, how to give receipts to customers and they wasted our 45 mins altogether. Normally I don't write reviews, but this Dunkin' either needs new management, or to close down entirely. I tried to love this Dunkin, being the closest location to me. I've been to countless locations, even in other states, this one being the absolute worst I've ever visited. I place a mobile order, and from it being placed at 12:18, my order still wasn't ready until 12:35. Despite the fact that there were two customers in the building, I had to wait additional time after ordering 15 minutes prior. One of the workers was a girl with black hair, who spent time on her phone or conversing with the two young men who were actually trying to work. For my food items, I was completely disappointed. The hashbrowns were soggy. I recieved 6 pieces of Snackin Bacon- ridiculous. And the avacado spread was so thin that I couldn't believe how they could mess all of my food items up. I hope...
