Really love this place, hadn't been in before and stopped in for a visit without my boys- my Apollo was battling lymphoma so I was having a hard time focusing and picking out things from the wide selection- so they sent me home with two sausage treats for them to try! I cried so hard over those two little sausage treats, my Apollo loved them during his golden week.

Went back in yesterday with my Osiris, he's a newfoundland puppy- and he was SO excited! He picked out two toys and a cod fish skin chew, he got his picture taken TWICE! He felt like a little super star 🐾 the employees were super friendly and all gave my little boy lots of ttreats and shaked hands with him, the selection is incredible and at amazing prices! Definitely a must visit for dog moms, I can't wait to try out the dog wash once he's a bit...

I have had dogs all my life and have been in numerous pet food stores. This Hollywood Feed is the absolute the BEST though! Their customer service is amazing! All dog stores have pretty much the same things but the wonderful people that work at this Hollywood Feed sets this store apart from all others. My dog loves everyone that works here esp her buddy Austin. He always stops to say hi to her and she is always happy to see him. She looks for him everytime she walks into the store bc she knows he cares. Their expertise is great and I appreciate their help on products that I might have questions on.  They all make shopping here such a joy. You guys are a one stop shop and have everything which makes it great. Thank you so much for your extraordinary customer service that you provide everytime we walk...

The customer service here has been impeccable every time I’ve been or ordered from them! The staff is so kind. I was having a comically bad day when I realized I’d forgotten to order dog food for my pup, Hazel. I placed the order at Hollywood feed, misreading that they would be able to fulfill the pick up order the same night. Upon realizing the order wouldn’t be ready for pick up until the following morning, my boyfriend called to see if there was anyway they could fulfill that evening. They definitely didn’t have to accommodate the frantic, ill prepared woman on the phone (me😅) but they were tremendously kind, understanding, and gracious. This kind of service and personability is why I always try to shop small! Thank you guys. You made a less than good day feel much less...
