Put my order in at 5:14. Didn't get it till 5:57. Said it was supposed to be ready at 5:30. Waited 43 minutes for them to slap a bowl together that takes less than 5 minutes to do. Nobody even here. Not filled. Barely any noddle. Missing bacon, missing mozzarella, could only find two pieces of chicken in it. Ask if they can fix it and add what's missing to it. Instead they remade it throwing away the old bowl made already. They put only a pinch of bacon. Less potatoes. Still not a filled bowl. People don't seem nice. Fiance that came in to pick up for me don't feel welcome in the least bit didn't even want to go back in to fix. This for $16. I won't be back. Could've at least had more noodle to fill the bowl and bacon should be a literal pinch that you can't even hardly see. Its like just a small layer to cover the bottom of the bowl worth of noodle. Push it all over to one side and it's like a half empty bowl. So essentially it's half the size it should be. The unwelcome judgementalness. I'm just not interested in this place in the least bit. They did good once. I guess I shouldn't ever go back anywhere though. Sure can't expect the same results twice. Pretty sad when places are so cheap they can't even give noodles to fill a bowl.😓

Love how they make people of color go to the back of the drive through line when their order isnt ready, but let white folks clog up the drive thru for 20 minutes sitting at the window for their order... I waited behind a truck with a white man that was just at the window for 20 minutes before they got their food and drove off. Then when I finally got to the window, they said my order wasn't ready yet (which it should have been done 20 minutes ago by the time I got to the window), so they told me to drive all the way around and enter the drive thru again. So I did, and was met with yet another car, this time with a white woman, and they decided to park at the window for another 15 minutes instead of telling her to go around like they did with me....35 minutes total waiting behind two different cars, I finally get to the window AGAIN and pick up my order. Once I get home, of course the order was wrong and the items that were right, weren't even made correctly with the right ingredients! This place has good food, but beware of how they treat you if you're not a white person.

I've told about a dozen friends they need to come check this out. They ask me what it's like, and I tell them, "It's like Chipotle, but Italian... and the people are nicer... and the food has a lot more flavor." That's probably my best description. As you can see from the photo, my wife had the avocado chop with chicken. I had the marinara bowl with grass-fed meatballs. Both were full of flavor. The bowls in the pictures are the small size bowls. The regular size bowls are quite hearty. Lots of options for low carb eaters. I didn't think the prices were too bad at all... especially for the quantity you are getting. Come check em out. You may never go back to Chipotle again.

I'm not a big pasta person, but the build your own fried chicken alfredo pasta is DELICIOUS. I also love the pepperoni piada sticks. I discovered this little gem at the Frisco location and am sooooo happy you've opened this new location in McKinney. I've been to the McKinney location 3x times already since it opened just a couple of weeks ago; mainly for the blackberry hibiscus lemonade... but i also get a lil meal to go with my drink (lol). The customer service at the McKinney location has been GREAT each time. Glad to see you're teaching what seems to be a pretty young staff, how to get CS right, THE 1ST TIME, to keep us coming back. I recognized Chef Dre from the other location. This is definitely an add to your service charm and atmosphere. She is what we need in today's restaurant atmosphere, so excellent management decision. She also said she remembers me from frequenting the other location. Keep up the good work. Me and my family will be back and I'll definitely recommend you to my clients. I'll tell them to be sure to ask for Chef Dre... she knows that menu and makes great suggestions to new and...

My wife and I tried this place out when it first opened and have been very regular customers ever since. Our first experience revealed to us not only the delicious food items on the menu but also the very friendly staff that have consistently friendly and welcoming every time we go there. I have tried every single item on the menu and, while I do have my personal favorites, I can honestly say that everything they make tastes great.

I wish I knew the names of everyone on the staff so that I could thank each of your personally for the work that you do, whether it is preparing the dishes at the serving line, cooking and prepping the ingredients to make sure everything is fresh and ready to go or even running the register and making sure we have everything that we need before we sit down to enjoy our feast. As it is, just let me say that everyone I've met who works here has been friendly, pleasant and a joy to talk to each time we visit. We look forward to coming back as much to see you as to enjoy the food.

Count on it, we will be regulars at the University Dr. location for a long time to...
