Scotty P's — Restaurant in McKinney

I recently visited Scotty P's in McKinney, TX and had a fantastic dining experience. The menu offers a variety of mouthwatering options, and I had the pleasure of trying the Crisp P. Chicken sandwich, Irish Nacho Burger, and Mushroom Swiss with onion rings and fried pickles.

The Crisp P. Chicken sandwich was absolutely delicious. The chicken was perfectly crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside. The flavors were well-balanced, and the sandwich was great.

The Irish Nacho Burger was a delightful surprise. The combination of flavors between the burger patty, melted cheese, and crispy fries was a burst of deliciousness. The burger was cooked to perfection and had just the right amount of seasoning. It was definitely a unique and tasty creation.

The Mushroom Swiss was a true comfort food delight. The juicy mushrooms and melted Swiss cheese complemented each other perfectly.

The onion rings and fried pickles were the perfect accompaniments, adding a delightful side big enough to feed us all.

The service at Scotty P's was exceptional. The staff was friendly, attentive, and made sure that everything was to our liking. The restaurant had a cozy and welcoming atmosphere, making it a great place to enjoy a meal with friends or family.

Overall, I highly recommend Scotty P's in McKinney, TX. The Crisp P. Chicken sandwich, Irish Nacho Burger, and Mushroom Swiss with onion rings and fried pickles were all delicious choices. Very good food. 👍🙂 I'd recommend trying them out we had a group of people and literally all the food was good quantity and everything looked so good. Hadn't been here in years. The employee that rung me up forgot to give me my number I didn't realize I needed one until I sat down and my husband had one. I went back up and I guess she gave my number to someone else or Skipped it or however it happened. She said she gave it to me but nope. I thought at the time maybe be She thought I'd just grab one but since she said that I'm like no however it happened this was my order and even though it's a mix up can you please make sure ... Gets to me I'd Greatly appreciate it. I apologized, bc literally I didn't realize I was supposed to get a # She had a little bit of a attitude but I could understand maybe slight panic that she mixed some stuff up and I could see where that could go wrong. Anyways that made sure to get my order to me and fixed all the mess up. Which was awesome. It totally could have went south but they smoothed it out very nicely. All the employees were nice and attentive. I appreciate that!...

I never leave reviews. This was our first time to this restaurant. The food looked amazing when it arrived to be honest. Unfortunately our order was wrong, the fries were cold, the fries and onion rings tasted terrible like the oil hadn’t been changed in who knows how long. It wasn’t busy at all for a Friday night, first red flag. Staff sweeping the floors directly next to our table with fans overhead blowing on high. Gross. As soon as we got home, my husband and I felt uneasy, and we’ve both been in and out of the bathroom all night. We’re now miserable, unimpressed, and very disappointed bc the reviews were overall great. Maybe it was a fluke, but we won’t be back. Really wanted to like this place. And like other reviews have mentioned, it was $35ish for 2 burgers, 2 drinks, order of fries and onion rings. If the food was awesome, I wouldn’t have minded, but the price just didn’t match the food quality.
