I’ve been going here consistently for 4 months now and absolutely love it! It was very difficult for me to go to the gym regularly before F45. Everything about this place has made it easy and I’m shocked I’ve actually been able to keep my New Years resolution. All the trainers are so encouraging and kind. I always get the best workout in just 45 minutes (which is perfect for my busy work schedule). Sure it costs more than a regular gym membership but you definitely get what you pay for.
