Made food incorrectly and with not enough bacon that I paid for on baconator and argued with me saying "I don't make the rules" and called me "Lady" by the manager Max.
I ordered a son of a baconator and regular baconator (they put single baconator on there instead but that's fine). I get my order it's missing 2 sandwiches, chips for my salad and a drink. So I start going through the sandwiches and there's a single (larger) patty with 3 pieces of bacon and a sandwich with 2 (smaller) patties with 4 pieces of bacon. I tell him the baconator isn't right it needs more bacon and he tells me it's the single over and over again not listening to me say "the son has less bacon so this baconator isn't right". Tells me he doesn't make the rules refuses to write his name down (verbally told me) until I asked multiple saying so you're refusing to write it down for me, and then ending it by calling me lady in a rude tone.
Absolutely unacceptable behavior especially from a manager. I told him either I was wrong and confused or he was but his attitude about it was not the right way to handle it either way. (I looked online to confirm even a single baconator has 6 bacons)
Apparently his manager is Nena so hopefully she will correct this terrible example of leadership at...
Read moreSo I was attempting to go through the drive-thru and order the same thing that I have ordered for the past 30 some odd years, when the lady at the drive-through, that barely spoke English mind you, gave me an attitude stating that they are not allowed to switch out a drink for a chocolate Frosty, despite the fact that she was consistently switching back and forth between a drink and a frosty on the substitute and the drink button on the screen at the drive-thru. When I asked to speak with the manager she attempted to claim that she was the manager and so I proceeded to tell her that she just lost a customer 35 years. I then proceeded to drive away from the drive-through because I am not going to order from someone that has that kind of attitude towards a customer that has been going a place for their entire lives! I will be going into the location in person to speak with the general manager and give them an opportunity to resolve this, but should this not be resolved, then I will be going to corporate! Read moreThe only reason this review has two stars is because the night manager took care of us with care. So to start off we have been at six flags from open to close, our order consisted of two half salads and seasonal fruit. There were two cars in front of us and a caravan already parked off to the side. People were going back and forth to the window. Forty minutes later the woman in front has gotten her food, and the young lady at the window did not care that we had been waiting, did not offer an apology or explination for why we had to wait a ridiculous amount of time for such a small order. She did not even pay attention to what the ticket stated we ordered when she handed us our bag, a salad short. When we were able to get her attention to inform her of the discrepancy, she handed us off the the manager. He then took care of our missing salad, let us know what was going on, and sincerely apologized for our wait.
