UPDATE: I called the store, let it ring for thirty rings, no answer, no answering machine/voicemail. Contacted corporate. Corporate emailed me that someone would contact me. That was on September 19, 2021. No one ever did contact me from either the store or corporate to resolve this. Pathetic customer service.
Went through the drive-through window at about 6:25pm on Sunday, September 19th. Bad enough that the drive through took me twenty minutes to get through and there was only one car ahead of me! But when I got home (maybe a five minute drive), our two burgers were both COLD and dry. I had requested mayo on my cheeseburger. They gave me catsup and NO CHEESE! The fries were also cold. I ate my onion rings on the way home. They were hot but barely fried and very light in color. The young man at the window was courteous. TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE. I’m calling the manager and requesting a refund. 👇🏽

Read moreI come here after work 3-4 times a week as it’s my only late option, I am very familiar with how to order my food with modifications properly, never an issue, tonight around 2am went and ordered a spicy chicken sandwich number 12, plain, chicken and bread only, 45 mins later when I get home and eat the fries and open the sandwich, it’s absolutely covered in mayo… so I drive 15 mins back up to the store to have them correct, which they did, but instead of apologizing for the inconvenience of not only a wrong order, but me having to drive back to the store to have the issue fixed, and after all that I walk in and barely get greeted and who seemed to be the manager or shift lead after I told him what happened told me I ordered my food wrong…. No sir I didn’t, your kitchen prepared the order wrong. I don’t need any free whataburger coupons or anything like that but is that how these situations are supposed to be handled? After already investing too much time it became evident that the speaker was broken so people couldn't order until they got to the window. Whereas a well run business would have sent someone outside to let people know what was going on, they just had people stuck in a line where there's no way to exit because of the way its set up. When he finally got to the window he said he he didn't want anything but his money back after being stuck in line for 45 minutes and the young lady that worked the window called for the manager and his response was "we're too busy to deal with that right now, he can come in tomorrow for a refund." My husband refused to leave without getting his money back and asked the manager his name and he refused to give it.
