I purchased my last 3 cars from this dealership. The first two cars were purchased when they were Crown Honda. Our sales person, Chance Deal, has been incredible, helping us navigate the waters with all 3 car purchases. He was so patient with us he, gave us the space we needed to make the decisions we needed to make, answering every question that we had. When he didn’t know the answer he took it to the higher ups to find the answer, never leaving our questions unanswered. Chance deal, was extremely professional and very knowledgeable about the product and about the company and how things worked. He took time to explain all of the small things to us regarding how the car works, the features and such . He continues to be available to us after our purchase when we reach out to him. I have referred several people to this dealership, and they too have purchased new cars as well. Chance Deal worked hard to get us what we needed but continued excellent customer service after we drive off the lot. Chance is truly a great asset to this dealership . Me and my husband just moved to Graham and were looking for a place near by to get bagels. While this isn’t a bagel shop, I did see them mentioned on the menu. I made the drive over and was greeted by Lisa’s bright and cheery smiling face. She was helping another customer but let me know she’d be right with me and that she was. She introduced herself to me, took the time to show me the products, and answered all my questions! I ended up getting three different kinds of bagels and some cheesecake and I can say that all of it was wonderful. The bagels were honestly out of this world, definitely some of the best I’ve had. They were soft yet had a nice crunch to them and the flavors, especially the parm and spinach ones, were so good. We both were blown away. The cheesecake was also luscious and delicious! My family goes to this establishment way too often for folks that want to lose weight and claim to be health conscientious. But it's just that doggone good! Their donuts are filled up with creams and custards. Not with just a dollop like other places. I'm talking about the filling spilling out when you bite into them and still getting the filling in every bite. And they have pastries, which are my favorite! HUGE muffins and cupcakes, turnovers, cinnamon buns, almond croissants, cream horns, and more. They have pies, cakes, crub cake and will do speciality cakes and birthday cakes to order.
