Abby's Legendary Pizza — Restaurant in Medford

Couldn't order anything at six pm. Due to no staff. I live two houses over the cut off and they wouldn't let the other store help us. Bob (Skinny) would never approve of such a thing. They want you to help the local business but the local business never perform to or keep any integrity or standard's. // UPDATE August 17, 2024. I contacted management as I was asked to in response to my review. I talked to Greg B for almost forty minutes. He said he needed to talk to Corey from the North Medford Abby's to verify what I was saying was true and that he would get back to me in a couple days. Well he never called me back despite me calling him several times and leaving voicemails to inquire on a resolution to my back to back horrible experiences. All I wanted was my money back and I would go with a different pizza place my family wants pizza. Instead it's almost been three months with no consideration given to me as a customer period. What's even more frustrating is that they can afford to play commercials through the Olympics, but can't take care of local customers that spend their hard earned money with them. Like a 187.86 is a lot of money to return to me in cash like I spent. Really is unkind way to run buissnees. Greg B you should be ashamed of yourself. You get paid good money to sail the ship for Abby's. Then drop the ball when I have had to go through hours of hoops to be satisfied. When really I should of been able to go to the counter and get my money back and still be happy. Instead I get to hear your promises never come true. Goes to show you that your only as good as the captain of the shop. Can't wait to hear your excuse and continue waiting....

Been coming to Abby's for 50 years...tonight was not a good experience. I called in my order and was immediately put on hold for a couple of minutes then disconnected. Got him back on the phone and ask a couple of questions regarding whether there were green peppers on the Abby's special. He had no clue. I ask him how the chix came and he had no clue. I finally ordered pizza and wings. The wings turned out to be drummettes that looked baked. They were terrible. Very greasy and flavorless. I ordered crispy full wings. Anyway, all that to say, stuff happens. Here is my recommendation moving forward. Make certain that when people call to give you money for your goods and services, that you are able to professionally handle that. That requires having someone who can handle the phone and take an order. That is a very important first contact that reflects positively or negatively on your business in just a couple minutes. Part of that exchange includes having knowledge of what you are selling and being able to clearly articulate it to someone who wants to give you money for your products. Lastly, when I arrived to pick up my order, I noticed a dozen or so people working in the kitchen of which the oldest looked to be maybe 18/20 years old. I appreciate you providing employment for our youth however there needs to be a floor manager or supervisor that knows whats going on. When I asked if there was a manager I could speak with I got an astonishing answer of, "does anyone know if there is a manager here." Pretty much says it all. I would like to start out saying that I am 55 years old and as far as I remember every time we either ate in store of delivery they are some of tve bedt memories I have the pizza is so satisfying. As a matter of fact a family story I remember in 1974 my parents had some friends feom southern California ti visit we ordered tske out from Abbies and my dad set bus timer on his watch and i kept coming in to see if the timer was up yet. Anyways mom and dad always said I learned to tell time thanks to Abbies pizza. The next day we wokd up to find our company left early and took tbe leftover pizza with note that read we couldn't believe how incredible the pizza was and they had to pack up and take the best pizza they ever had And they were disappointed they didnt hsve an Abbies pizza in there town.
