I visited the Medford, Oregon location today. We were the only customers, but the 4 employees behind the counter were engaged in conversation. We politely asked for a moment to review the menu since it was our first visit. When we were ready to order, the manager and the original employee briefly acknowledged us but continued their conversation. One of the other two employees smirked and walked away. After waiting for 2 minutes, we left. The poor customer service and disrespect left a negative impression, and I question the restaurant's future. As someone with previous experience as a sous chef in fine dining, I find these attitudes concerning.

If the service was outstanding, then sure. But I'm at a drive through window, waiting almost 10 minutes for a basic pretzel with cheese. I hate when people ask if we want to tip.
