IHOP — Restaurant in Medford

So I Have Ordered Here 3 Times Now & The Main Female Manager I Have Dealt With Each Time on The Weekends That I Go Has Been Awful.. I Honestly Wish I Would Have Got Her Name For This Review.. The First Time I Asked for Extra Strawberry Syrup & She Said They Don't Do That With The Flavored Syrups Yet When One Orders Online it Gives You The Option of What Syrup You Want & The Quanity so Corprate Must Think Otherwise.. The 2nd Time No Whip Cream on My Pancakes & I Specifically Asked For it Cuz I Didn't Get it The First Time I Ordered & The Picture Shows it.. Today I Tell Them What Happened & Ask For Extra Syrup & Whip Cream on The Side & Was Told by This Same Manager I Dealt With, We Aren't Going to Put it On The Side But Said Made Sure Some Was Put on The Pancakes. Shame on Me For Not Double Checking Cuz I Get Home & There is No Whip Cream & I Don't Have The Extra Syrup... I Was Willing to Pay Extra For The Syrup or Cream But Didn't Even Get That Option Instead She Does Exactly What She Wants When it's Suppose to Be About The Customer.. That's Why People Come to Establishments Like This, to Get What They Want.. The Cooks Are on Point, Food Was Great But Those Little Things Really Make The Meal & Makes People's Day Cuz Your Helping Get Them Exactly What They Came For.. Im Very Frustrated Right Now With This Specific Manager & Literally Threw My Food Away & Will Unfortunately Not Be...

So we visited what appeared to be a newly remodel IHOP in South Medford Oregon... the entire visit was out of a horror restaurant movie... 1 host 2 servers and 2 Cooks for a restaurant that is located on a super busy exit along the I-5 freeway. I understand it is not the employees fault. But when you are giving mediocre service then yes they are part of the problem. 75 % of the restaurant was not seated because there was dirty tables. The host did not welcomed anyone coming in. The servers never once said good morning my name is .... a simple you ready ? And that's about it. Food was an absolute disaster. I honestly did not take pictures because I was way to embarrassed to show the world the quality of a national brand food. Tbone steak looked like the thawed in the microwave and just seared on the flat top grill. We ordered MR and it was more like extra Rare. Also ordered steak tips and eggs. Again the same thing. The meat was so chewy like they steamed in the grill instead of cooking it... a Nasty soap flavor to it made me realize the grill was not properly clean before cooking on it. There us so many more things I could point out. But I know my review is going to be ignored . So let's just leave it at that. ... I hope the restaurant gets the help that...

Im giving two stars just for now for them just opening and getting into the groove. We were sat right away and asked for fries for our son to have something right away well we ended up not getting them until the food came out which they ended up being room temperature. The waitress never refilled our drinks or asked us about anything and i had to ask her twice about my sons fries which she said they should only take 12 minutes from time they are ordered. Never heard of 12 minutes for fries but ok still took 45 minutes when everything came at once. My French toast was soggy from the fruit being on top and sitting for to long before being delivered. Overall food was mediocre at best. Had to ask other wait/host staff for to go packaging and refills. She brought the check at the same time has the food like we were being rushed out so that means we were done no dessert or anything obviously. Then she started to ask every 3 min for a total of five times is everything good like come on lady were trying to eat our food. Ihop in California blows this one out the water. Dissapointed but will go back in about six months and update this review to see if they get their...
