Dutch Bros Coffee — Restaurant in Medford

Never have I ever been more disappointed in my Dutch bros experience. I always get the same thing an iced americano with white chocolate, light ice, extra cream. When I saw them making my drink I saw them over fill the cup to where ice was overflowing the cup. When I asked them to remake my drink without so much ice they got annoyed. They remade it and blocked my view of the drink so I couldn’t see them make it. When I drove off I took a drink of my drink and it tasted like watered down creamer. When I pulled back through and told the guy he laughed in my face and told me that was what I had ordered. Then started mocking me and telling me he was so happy he could make my day. A dull day at Dutch Bros is when I visited there. I'm sure their service is usually exceptional, but this time I was flying through the grand town of Medford the Dutch was having a bad day. It seemed that the ladies working the coffee were as confused as what to do as a pacifist would be with a gun in the Alamo. The helium tank must have been emptying into the building because it sounded as though the Chipettes were giving out apologies left and right to every customer. I'm not sure who was more confused, the customers or the girls working that day. But, we got our coffee eventually, and they got our money. My daughter just took my grandma, her great-grandma in for her birthday drink. My grandmother is 97 now and always looks forward to getting her Dutch bros drink each year. She wasn't able to go on her actual birthday 6 days ago because she didn't have a way to get there. We came into town to visit this weekend and I told her don't worry they'll understand and will give you your free drink. My daughter said the girl refused to give her the free drink because she didn't have the app. My grandma is 97! That just blew my mind.
