Killer Burger Medford — Restaurant in Medford

My experience here was terrible, I came in for my lunch break, ordering and customer service was pretty good. They messed up my order though, not a big deal at all. I called killer burger to let them know (at this point I can't come back to the store because I have to get back to work) the woman I spoke to (the same one I placed the order with) was very nice and told me that she would leave a note AND text the manager and let them know so that when I came back in I could get my order remade later that day. I got off work and headed back to killer burger, I'm starving at this point. This is when things went sour... I walked in and told the employees what happened and that there should be a note and the manager will be aware of the situation. There was no note and there was no text to a manager, I'm suddenly being treated like a thief, I had to stand there while they figured out what they were going to do and after another 15 or 20 minutes of my day is wasted meanwhile they're making orders for anyone that walks in and they REFUSED to remake my order and that was frustrating, more so because I was so hungry. All I wanted was my food, they did give me my money back, but all I wanted was my food. I'm not slamming the employees, not at all. I feel like this is a management issue. The lovely lady that took our order had amazing, beautiful, colorful eyebrows. Wish I could have got her name. The boyfriend and I brought in kids that hadn't experienced the food yet. They were shy on what to order. She went above and beyond to give them the full experience. That was the third time I have been there and each time the crew was amazing! I had the crispy jalapeño burger and that by far is now my favorite. The boyfriend got the one with Swiss cheese "poured" over the patty. He is now a fan of them.
