Ino is the real deal! I didn't have a chance to try his sandwiches, but his empanadas are LEGIT. I tried both the beef and chicken; they were flaky and crisp, yet soft. The meats were juicy, tender, and packed full of flavor! The chimichurri was perfectly flavored and served with slices of pepper (a unique spin which I quite enjoyed).
