I had, hands down, the best grilled cheese sandwich and house made chips I’ve ever had! The bread was a deliciously hearty texture but not the kind that shreds the roof of your mouth. Not Captain crunch bread. Soft and delicious with a perfectly browned layer of toasted Parmesan on the outside. The inside had that incredible tillamook cheddar with a ring of super crunchy cheese on the edges. This little piece of heaven was accompanied by a healthy serving of house made chips that were perfect salted and not overcooked. To finish it up was a small cup of strawberries and red seedless grapes. The flavor of this little fruit cup was amazing! It’s been a while since I’ve had a strawberry that actually tasted like a strawberry 🍓! We will absolutely be returning for more of this...

Found this gem completely by accident and couldn't be more excited about it! Chef Alyshia is incredibly friendly and her food is phenomenal. Short menu but top quality ingredients, excellently combined, and with plenty of add-ons. As the name implies, dine-in seating is somewhat limited - two two-tops inside (in a gorgeous historic building lobby) with a small outdoor seating area.

Hubby had the smoked chicken sandwich (which he devoured before I could sneak a pic) and I had the cheeseburger salad. Luncheonette serves up a solid sammich and chips! Amazing little spot in downtown Medford, walk up window and counter, and the ability to watch the absolute magic taking place in the kitchen. I chose the Chicken Apple Cheddar sandwich and fresh potato chips with crisp little ridges, thin and perfect. The sandwich was on thick sliced, beautiful bread that had a substantial and satisfying crust, and delicious chew. Every bite was nummy, and the teensy little cup of fresh cherry tomatoes was tasty and cute.
