On June 23rd befor 8PM, my boyfriend and I visited this restaurant for the first time. We anticipated a pleasant dining experience but were left disappointed due to differential treatment. A cashier, seemingly friendly at first, later displayed bias that felt like racial discrimination. When we paid for our order, which included a salad and a QuesaBirria Quesadilla, she failed to offer us sour cream, a bag, or utensils. The following American customers received markedly better service. This discrepancy in treatment was palpable and seemed to be based on our Asian heritage. Moreover, she didn't notify us when our Quesadilla was ready, which contrasted with her engaging and cheerful interactions with other customers. When we requested a bag for our large food order, she initially scowled but complied upon our insistence. I'm left questioning this restaurant's customer service standards and its treatment of Asian customers. This experience of apparent bias, or racial discrimination, is a first for me in America.I will share my experience with all my friends and consider sharing this incident on YouTube to highlight the need for equal treatment. I hope to receive the store manager or regional...
Read moreAs I sit here waiting for the rest of my family to finish their dinner, I decided to write this review about my observations and our terrible experience ordering our food. Today Saturday, Dec. 17th we walked into an empty restaurant with 3 females waiting for customers. (It was our first time at this location). I walked up to a bright, red headed Spanish girl thinking that’s where food is ordered (she seemed annoyed), I spoke to her in Spanish and tried ordering food, she spoke to me in English and pointed to the end of the counter, and told me that’s where food is ordered. We ordered with another young lady (blue shirt), I asked her about kids meals and options, the red head moved over to that end speaking Spanish now and seemed annoyed we asked about paying extra for adding beans with rice to a kids meal. 3rd female (yellow shirt) whom we paid, was pleasant. The whole experience was awkward and not welcoming to say the least. We noticed the next customer came in (a male) she greeted with a hello. I think Qdoba needs to re-access who they have working for them, employee seemed like she hated her job and had better things to do than sit there on a Saturday night. We did not notice name tags on...
Read moreI ordered through GrubHub for a pickup order. When I arrived, the store seemed to have never received the order. That's totally fine, it happens, I get it. I showed the manager my receipt from GrubHub as well as my phone with the GrubHub app showing that the order was placed at the correct location and was never picked up hoping they could just make my food. The manager however refused as she barely looked at my GrubHub app or receipt on my phone. She gave no communication, apologies or effort to figure out where my order was in the system. She was adamant that I had to pay again for my order and that she wasn't going to do anything to help. I later confirmed with GrubHub that the store did receive my order so I have no idea what was going on with the manager. She acted as if I was trying to scam her store somehow? This was a frustrating experience and reflects poorly on the customer service of the...
