Horrible. Embarrassing. I ordered the Chicago deep dish pizza. It was not a deep dish pizza. It was a small pizza with a 3-inch x 3inch block of bread crust. The sauce was salty and flavorless. Very commercial tasting. Flavorless bread. Cheap tasteless cheese. The menu mentioned that this menu item (Chicago deep dish) had extra cheese on it and it barely had any cheese. The dough is so thin on the bottom that I couldn't lift it out of the box to put it on my plate with a spatula. A total disaster and a mess and a horrible dining experience. I ordered online and was told it would be ready in 25 minutes. I always arrive early and I did 10 minutes early and my pizza was already sitting getting cold. Stop having kids that eat out of paper bags and wrapped paper to make food that is to be consumed by civilized adults. This place is a commercial place with zero characteristics of a family business. Greedflation. Poor value. Too expensive for such low quality.

Tucked away in a quaint strip mall lies one of northeast ohio's hidden gems. The location has plenty of parking although getting the door open will take a couple of weeks training. Seriously it is crazy heavy. However once inside you are immediately wisked away into Tuscany. The dining area offers a charming view and comfortable seating. Accessibility was not skipped over either with multiple size seating options. As for the food, you cannot miss trying THE finest and freshest authentic Italian cuisine this side of the Mississippi. WELL worth the price.

Dry, dry, dry pizza. I've not had positive experiences with this location, so I don't often order from here. Today was no exception. Ordered a 1 topping Sicilian with old world pepperoni. This pizza was SUPER DRY, like hardly any sauce was on it. Prior to this, we tried to order a chicken dinner only to be called (after the order was placed online & paid for) & told they were waiting on a food delivery. Antonio's has great food, but THIS LOCATION leaves much to be desired.

We ordered via the app which is how we usually order. This was the second time we ordered a calzone and it listed all the toppings but the price was only charged for the calzone cheese only. I called in as we have always liked this pizza over other options but the last several months we have opted to go elsewhere because ease of ordering just hasn’t been available. Either it won’t allow the order of a calzone or it left toppings off. We didn’t call the first time as we thought it was an error on our part. I spoke with Paige who mentioned she’s worked there for 4 years. She was very pleasant and informed me she was going to submit a customer complaint for the troubles. She verified for me how the order came up in their end and that although we saw the toppings that did not relay to them. She advised for future orders we call in or at very least after placing order online that we...

I used to enjoy Antonio's, but the last few times of poor online ordering experiences have turned me off. But I have always liked this place, so we gave them another chance. We tried subs tonight. Unfortunately, the chicken sub is dry and flavorless. My request for added garlic butter - printed right on the receipt - was not honored. That would have cured the dryness. And the online ordering is a trainwreck. In this day and age of mobile ordering, pizza shops must have a good site to remain competitive, especially when it's as expensive as Antonio's. When both the ordering and the food experiences decline, it's hard for me to justify returning when there are great places all around Medina. Stick with the pizza and Freddy bread if you don't mind calling...
