Hotshots Sports Bar and Grill — Restaurant in Mehlville

My friend and I decided to meet at the new hotshots to check it out and watch football on Saturday. I was greeted fairly quickly by waitress and ordered a beer. My friend showed and also ordered a beer. She asked about food but we were not ready to order and said we would let her know. After maybe an hour my friend ordered a basket of fried pickles. We then waited and waited and waited for the order to come out, no pickles but many burger passed by our table. Now we were not even being asked about filling our beers. Asked to speak to manager, mainly to give him feedback on our visit, and Chris came over. Chris has been dealing a lot of training issues since the opening and we had a lot of empathy for his hard working mentality. We had another beer, on Chris, and then asked for our tab to pay. The food is good without a doubt. I do question how a chicken brest can come out of the kitchen that is half the size of the bun that it was on. To be fair they did take 50% off the price, but honestly it shouldn't have left the kitchen to begin with. We have been twice and the service leaves much to be desired. The first time the server forgot the app we ordered and we were given the wrong sandwich. The 2nd visit was the half chicken sandwich. It was delivered without the extras (lettuce, mayo,...) Both times, in order to get a refill or get your order right, you have to flag someone down. I know it's a bar but wow, when you talk music volume it's like you're sitting at a live concert, front row! Forget about conversation. Kimberlie is the best server I’ve had there. Her greeting is always friendly, and she’s funny as hell. I try not to come up there too much because I don’t want her to think I’m a weirdo. I just genuinely like her smile and the way she treats me. One time we got a picture together, but I immediately deleted it because I knew what I might do with it. Please don’t fire Kimberlie I won’t know what to do, I certainly would never come back there again. I don’t really want you to make her management either though because then she won’t spend as much time at my table. When Kimberlie first walks over, I feel like she can see right through me, like she can see all of my dirty thoughts. And when she walks away, I feel my self-worth vanishing right before my eyes I love Kimberlie, But not in a weird way....
