This was my first time ever here. Walking in there was a very nice sweet pregnant black girl that greeted us. I took a little longer looking over the menu since it was our first time. I could tell the black girl was new just bcuz she had trouble finding things on her POS (point of sale/register). Everyone else seemed annoyed at the fact she needed a little more assistance which was irritating to me and I thought poor training and management. Everyone seemed to roll their eyes if she asked a question to help assist me and charge me for the correct items even the male manager with glasses. When I got my food it was wrong even though I could see that the girl assisting me put it into the computer correctly. I ordered a bacon avocado tomato breakfast sandwich. I just didn’t want the tomato spread, I wanted regular spread. And they didn’t put tomato on it and I also wanted a yellow egg instead and got a white. I still ate it and didn’t bring it to anyones attention. It still tasted fine. But one problem I did have was how they treated that sweet girl and also the fact that no1 was wearing hair nets or gloves preparing the food. I was going to order another churro donut until I watch a girl with long dark brown hair in a ponytail with no hat on scratch the top of her head talking to another employee then turn around and start preparing more food and not washing her hands first. I will never return after seeing this. It’s very much disgusting. And when you work with food this is considered a critical when it comes to food safety. Shame on you guys. Read moreI was disappointed in my experience. When ordering from the menu be wary of hidden charges that are not outlined clearly. I ordered two sandwiches and chose my bagels. I was surprised when I was reading my receipt at the table. Be careful which bagel you order as it could add an extra charge to your sandwich. In my case I was charged an extra .60 cents per sandwich. This is not at all clear from the menu, and when I asked about it, I was told it was on the menu. To be fair there is a place that shows a price difference if you buy a premium bagels instead of a regular bagel, but that difference is only .30 cents, and it is for the ala carte bagels. Nothing is posted about the sandwiches, and why charge me .60 cents per sandwich instead of only .30 cents? When speaking with the General Manager he was rather impatient and said that there was nothing he could do about it. I was surprised that the general manager could do nothing about this.....

And my husband and I decided to enjoy breakfast inside this morning. Hot, fresh, and delicious! Definitely our go-to 'fast food' breakfast place!
First, the food is always delicious so no complaints there. The issues I have had are with the app and drvie-thru. The app charged my account 3 times before processing and I am still waiting for a response from Einstein regarding a refund. You can only send an email as they do not provide a contact phone number for customer service. I tried my app again a couple weeks later and same issue. I was told by the drive-thru that I had to come inside to prove the app charged my phone and the manager seemed bothered by my technical issue, with their app. They reluctantly made my order.
