I had a rather frustrating experience with the Sleep Number queen foundation I purchased from this company. Initially, I was pleased with the product, but it soon began to show significant signs of wear and tear. The foundation started sagging and bowing in the middle, which made my sleep uncomfortable.

To make matters worse, the support beams eventually cracked and separated from the edge pieces, rendering the foundation practically useless. I reached out to the store for a warranty claim, and they did replace it once, which I appreciated. However, the replacement foundation ended up suffering from the same issues.

My attempt to warranty it again turned into a runaround, which left me feeling very frustrated and dissatisfied with the customer service. I felt like I was not getting the support I needed, both from the product and the company.

In the end, I had no choice but to purchase a standard box spring to provide the support my mattress needed, as the Sleep Number foundation continued to disappoint and was unusable.
