Loved my chimichanga! I was looking for hardy food truck Mexi-American comfort food! The sauces are amazing! Mix the hot with some mango! I'll be back.
The notes below are for the owners not to keep anymore from coming, because it's about good businesses growing with help from customers, not putting people down:
something near the truck smelled awful. You don't want that around food. Find it, get a bucket and dish soap or baking soda, and cover/clean it.
the chimichanga doesn't need iceberg lettuce. Might as well save money and take it off. It's just wilted and soggy.
I saw the chimichanga go into a microwave to finish off the cheese, you're better off with a tall lid they make for restaurants and melting on the stove, that way you also get some crispy edges on it.
gen z and gen alpha customer service is always mid, they act like they don't care and try to avoid conversation. That doesn't sell. I can go to a restaurant with an offer server and they'll talk me up and laugh with me, so I'll buy extra. The young lady wasn't rude but she definitely isn't upselling and making more money for the business.
That's all and blessings to your business! We will be...

The pineapple and mango salsas has the fruit flavor but weren't overpowering nor overpowered in the slightest. There was a nice tang with both and a good depth of flavor. The habanero salsa was by far my second favorite after the mango and had a perfect habanero taste. The hot was nice and hot however, it has a good flavor behind it and wasn't blind spice. There were a lot more options for salsas and food that I didn't try however so I recommend...
