Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Memphis

I just left and they gave me the hardest time just to get a replacement cheese bread. I got very upset and angry with this location. I had a second bad experience with another location that is about 25 minutes away. I called this morning to tell them that I was very disappointed and my cheese bread was very very hot in spice. (Too much Italian seasoning) I was very upset because I asked for Parmesan cheese on top and didn't get any and it was cut in huge slices with almost no cheese on it. I always have a good experience at this location so I asked that store manager where I had the bad experience at if I could go to the place on Park since it has the same owner. She said yes but just tell them to call her when you get to the store. I told her it would be after 5:00 pm when I get there. She said that's fine because I'll be here at the store until 8:00 pm. There won't be a problem, just tell them to call me. So when I get to the store I got to explain myself to the cashier and she said wow, you come way down here to eat. I said yes, it's my favorite location In the whole city. So then she goes to tell three other people and they stop what they are doing and stare at me. And I'm like (in my head) well what the heck are y'all looking at me like that for? So the man comes to the front counter and I tell him why I'm there again. I tell him that the manager says to call the store. I tell him her name and he asks me for the phone number and what Store about 2 more times and (in my head again) I'm like well dang write it down or google it. He told me he is going to call the GM so I get upset because I feel like you don't believe me when I told you the manager said to call her at the store. I had showed him on my phone where I called the Little Caesars. It said Little Ceasars because I called from Google. I clicked the name and showed him the number twice. He then left and called his GM. The GM said they don't have a manager by that name. That made me furious because WHY DO I NEED TO DRIVE ALL THE WAY FROM CANADA ROAD TO PARK AVENUE JUST TO LIE FOR A $4.00 CHEESE BREAD??? REALLY!!! Then he still didn't even call the other store as the manager instructed me to tell them to do. So he came out in the lobby and I called Jessica on the speaker phone. He heard me ask for the manager and I asked what is her name. The employee said Jessica just as I said. I was still furious because he was treating me like I was lying for a free cheese bread. (He heard us talking and still would it give me the replacement) Well, We were also going to buy something else but I told my husband that I don't want nothing from there and I am NEVER GOING TO COME BACK TO THIS LOCATION!!! EVER!!!!! While I feel that the guy never was mean to me, it was just the fact that he put me through all of that for nothing. Like WHAT THE HECK DUDE. I feel like in my heart had I been a cute lil blond head then he would called the store and did what he could to help me. Why get me all upset??? Then I was so mad he heard me talking to my husband. (who doesn't completely understand why I was mad) Then the guy comes from by the door and says "Okay I'll give it to you." I then say I don't want it now. I don't want nothing from this store!!! I am going to contact the BBB. It didn't make any sense to put me through all of that and still not call the manager at the other store and then you decide on your own, okay I'll give it to you now. So why even call the GM if you going to decide on your own. LIKE REALLY DUDE. That was a horrible experience for me. I AM SO MAD STILL !!!!!!...

Edit/recent 12/13/2024: Dang! After giving them a good review. They turn around and start disappointing me off the back! This is the third time in a row they have done so bad. That I had to change my review from five to 1 star!! Last Monday, I ordered a pepperoni and bacon pizza. They make me a pepperoni and sausage pizza instead. I didn't complain because it was still good. So, ignored the wrong order. This Monday, I had ordered a pepperoni and bacon again. These folks gave me half cheese and half pepperoni pizza with no bacon at all. Like what the heck! I was furious. But, i took as a lost and didn't complain because I didn't feel like going through all the hassle. But, this third time was it for me! They say third times a charm! Im going off on everybody! I ordered a pepperoni and bacon with light sauce. These put so much sauce on it its ridiculous and it was burnt! Im honestly convinced whoever is the new cook in the back at this location don't like me! Because they do the opposite of everything I ask for on my pizza! Who is the cook now? An old fake friend? Because they it seem like they purposely doing this stuff to mess with me. It gotta be somebody I know! Because this location is normally always good and do what I ask for!

First let me compliment this branch for having the correct flavors.

Now for the awful part. My son had seen the commercials so many times until when I asked him to choose he immediately said pretzel and Litte Caesars.

The picture in the store looked like the commercials. But this is not what we got. The end that was supposed to be pretzel was so thin I thought he had been given the wrong pizza. If they hF run out of pretzel dough they should have informed my son and give us either have off the pizza or asked if we wanted a different kind.

But of course I have learned to take pictures because I love doing reviews on places and believe you me this branch needed a review. I was so disappointed in their pizza making, however the cheesy bread was great.

I would suggest that if you want to go to these Little Ceasars and order the pretzel pizza demand that they show you your pizza before you leave.

I could only tell it was pretzel buy seeing some salt granules and tasting the end.

I'll probably go to another Caesars to see if they all are doing the same thing (false advertising). As you will see from my pictures below. I even noticed while looking at the picture that the crust was so thin where the pretzel is that it...
