I dont leave negative reviews, however. This was pretty bad. If I could give 0 stars I would. I ordered and paid for my order online through the app to give them time before I went to pickup as it was a large order. (For a meeting) 1 order of 50 munchies ($11.99) and 2 dozen donuts ($11.99) per dozen (1dozen assorted and 1 dozen mixed filled) and 1 iced coffee. I get to the window and a girl with red hair and a white lady mention they have none of the donuts I ordered except "nasty ones". I say no problem, and do they have enough munchies to substitute for the other 2 dozen they cannot provide atm, since 50 munchies is priced at $11.99 and each of the dozen donuts that i paid for are priced at $11.99.
They say yes, I'm like fabulous! at least I can bring something in. The girl with red hair then bring me 1 box of 50 munchies and says "that's everything." I ask, is this 50 munchies? She's says yes. I ask about the substitution they were going to provide for the other 2 dozen, (50 munchies donut holes per dozen since they are all priced at $11.99 each, equalling 100 munchies donuts aside from the 50 i originally ordered) the girl states yes I'll get that for you.
She comes back with 24 munchies saying that replaces the 24 donuts in the 2 dozen donuts. I explain that the substitution would be 50 munchies donut holes per dozen donuts I paid for that I'm not receiving since they are all priced $11.99. She says ok I'll get that for you, another girl with a black shirt hands me my coffee I ordered (which was probably made too early and tasted nasty I couldn't continue to drink it after the 2nd sip.)
So the same girl with red hair comes back with another 50 munchies, asks if I got my coffee, I say yes. She ok that's all of it. Now I'm shorted 25 munchies at this point and proceed to explain to her how I am losing half a dozen donuts with 125 munchies when the value is 50 munchies per $11.99 that of which i have already paid for. To help her understand the math. She agrees when she understands and goes to get the other 25 munchies.
Now the girl with a black shirt comes up to the window and says we can't give you that many, I explain what I've paid for (which she had my receipt in her hand) and how the other 2 girls that said they were out of donuts agreed to substitute in the same value of munchies. She then says wait up front and I'll bring it to you. I say ok and wait up front. The girl with the black shirt comes out and and hands them to me and I leave at that point I've spent too much time explaining and reasoning.
I've never had issues like this with a dunkin donuts and it may just be this location. They were not busy when I showed up, but did become slightly busy as I had to continuously explain how I was not getting what I paid for and I recieved additude for it. (From the girl with the black shirt who wasn't working but rather talking and everyone else working, there was a man there as well I didn't interact with but he was working while the girl with the black shirt was standing and talking) no one was wearing name tags to give names.
May as well spend the extra money and go to Krispy Kreme next meeting to avoid...
Read moreEnjoy the late shift personnel's professionalism, courtesy and timely service. The food is good and the variety of coffee choices will bring you back. I rarely partake of the sweets but they are great when I do! 9/26 Had an opportunity to talk to a gentleman named Peter today as I visited DD for a mid-day stop and he happened to stop in to pickup items to contribute to a great cause. One thing we know, giving is receiving and when you give ultimately you receive ten fold in returns! He bought some specialty coffee to contribute to his company's collection drive for Le Bonheur's Children Hospital to aid in supporting the families of sick children being housed at their locally provided community housing. What a great cause. Wondering what company this is, you showed know the connection by now...he worked for FEDEX and it was the FEDEX House. I informed him that I was aware of this and other great organizations like the McDonald House, and Target House as we discussed the different hospitals being supported by organizations in an effort to relieve the burdens from families. Thanks for all you do and if you haven't already contributed to one of these great organizations, reach out to them; the kids and their families would greatly appreciated the support. We never know when our lives will be touch in a similar manner...
Stopped in for a mid-day snack after a long morning walk...got my 4 miles in today; prepping for the ACA MSW! Used my T-Mobile Tues discount to get one of my faves - BcnEgCh on a Croissant! Hope the T-Mobile Nation is enjoying T-Mobile Tues!!! 😎
What keeps me coming back, the people - great team and friendly atmosphere...oh, and the food and convenience of location.

Read moreOn Saturday April 12, 2025 at around 2:30pm I went here through the drive through and i usually don’t get coffee from here. I got an iced shaken espresso and i came back in the line to add cold foam because it was just too strong. I asked the lady nicely if i could add some to my drink and that i would pay for it. She told me in a rude manner that next time i need to add it to my drink when i place the order. I told her i apologise and i also told her ive never gotten coffee from dunkin. She responded saying that even if you have never gotten coffee from dunkin that it was common knowledge and i should know it’s going to be strong because it “clearly has espresso in the name. Then she didn’t give me the chance to speak and grabbed my drink and added the cold foam aggressively and brought me the drink back with whipped cream all over the outside of the cup and all over her hands and even acknowledged that there was whipped cream all over it and still...
