HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE I frequent this location about 4-6 times a month and I never experienced horrible customer service like I did this morning (4/4/2016). I ordered my usual.....Large Iced Coffee with sugar and cream and cookie dough flavoring with whipped cream on top. I said this to the young lady taking my order and she says so well we don't have any whipped cream I say OK and she says you can pull around....not once did she confirm my order. I get to the window and I pay and when she hands me my coffee, I noticed that it didn't look like it normally looks but since they were pretty busy, I thought maybe it just wasn't stirred. I was wrong....so I get back in the drive-thru line and tell her I just ordered Iced coffee and it wasn't made correctly she says pull around. When I get to window there is another lady there and rudely says well I asked her did you want sugar and cream with the cookie dough flavoring and she said you wanted just cookie dough....I am not sure what conversation they had while I was waiting in line but the young lady NEVER confirmed my order. I didn't argue and she says so you want sugar, cream and cookie dough flavoring and I said yes. Obviously, irritated she snatches top off of my cup and pours it out and begins to remake my coffee. She brings it to the window and hands it to me and I say thank you....she just walks off!!! She didn't say sorry your order was wrong or sorry for the inconvenience....mind you Dunkin Donuts saying is "if we don't make it right the first time, we will gladly make it over".. she was not glad to make it over! She still made it wrong!!!! Owner invest in quality service....you have a great product but if that doesn't come with quality CUSTOMER SERVICE you...
Read morePlaced a walk in order via the app. Waited ~10 minutes after getting there, received 1 of 2 identical coffees, waited even longer, my food was made wrong (Made with meat. My food was supposed to be without meat due to an allergy), finally got the correct food, but it was soggy and not properly toasted. Took it to the car, came back in and waited half an hour for the second coffee. Tried to get their attention and was ignored.
The women working had foul attitudes and acted like I hadn't been in at all. Pretended to be confused and questioned if I placed the order for drive through or walk in like I didn't have sense enough to know how to pick up my order and like I hadn't been waiting for 30+min already.. The shorter woman made me repeat my missing coffee order 3 times until I finally offered to show her the mobile order and she ignored me, and STILL started making the coffee wrong (iced instead of hot) and trying to make me walk her through what I'd ordered.
Both coffees turned out to be mostly milk and awful. They were both the exact same order, and as pictured, they were both wrong and entirely different. I'm convinced she made them wrong out of spite. This entire ordeal made me late for work, and I will never, never give dunkin...
Read moreFirst of all, I love coffee and I am a loyal Dunkin customer; I buy 3-4 lattes daily at whatever location I'm close to, I personally try to avoid going to this location on poplar ave which is also baskin-robbins since they have always given me very poor service when placing my orders. The last experience I had today has made me leave this bad review since one of their employees when taking my order was very disrespectful to me and I heard her complain to another co-worker because I ordered 3 lattes, which apparently gave her annoying. In addition, this same person became enraged when my 7 year old niece could not decide which flavor of ice cream she wanted to order and I noticed even more discontent on her face. When my order was ready I asked for a cup holder to take my lattes to the car and she refused to give it to me, noticing this I asked her if someone else could help me since she was being very rude to me and so she called another person in a very mocking way. The other employee handed me the cup holder without any problem, which I was grateful for.
