Bad Experience,
I ordered through the drive thru on my way to work, the speaker was broken so I couldn’t hear the person taking my order, then a man repeated asked me after I already gave my order to a woman, is that all, I said I’m not sure I was just speaking with a woman can you read my order back, he did it and I drove up to the window to pay. I order a cappuccino with hazelnut and add cream (which was confirmed because he said they use whole or skim milk and I confirmed I wanted both) when I got my food she said have a nice day I advised her I didn’t have my drink yet and she grab it and gave me a iced cappuccino, I didn’t order iced but I told her that’s fine I would take it, sipped on my way pulling off and it didn’t have hazelnut so I went back walked into the store, the cashier told me to go to the pick up area I went to the pick up area and I was ignored, the did about 4 drive thru orders and one in store order before I decided to interrupt them and ask for assistance when I told them they forgot the hazelnut the man form the drive thru waved his hand at the drive thru order person as if he was irritated to fix my drink. They fixed it and it honestly felt like they didn’t even want me in there at all, like my services wasn’t respected. I won’t go back despite the fact the drive thru woman was slightly polite. Read moreI had one of the best customer service experiences at Dunkin’ Donuts in Cordova-off Germantown Parkway recently. I don’t usually stop here, but the restaurant next door was packed and I was in a rush. I decided to go through the drive-thru, and that’s when I first encountered the young man I want to highlight.
From the moment he spoke over the intercom, he was clear, patient, and very respectful. When I pulled up to the window, he greeted me with the same pleasant tone, a smile, and kept addressing me politely with “yes ma’am.” His professionalism stood out immediately.
Curious, I asked his age, and he told me he was just 22. (His parents truly did a fabulous job!) I was so impressed that after pulling off, I parked and went inside to personally tell him how much I appreciated his beautiful customer service. I even tried to leave him a tip, but he kindly told me he couldn’t accept it—because he’s the GM! I was stunned at his age, but not surprised given the way he carried himself.

Read moreI am disappointed that I have to write this review because this use to be my favorite Dunkin to attend. I experienced horrible customer service the other day. I had a pickup order in drive thru, upon checking my order I noticed I was missing my snackin bacon so I drove back to window and explained I was missing my bacon. The lady in the window said she didn't know what snackin bacon was so I gave her my bag with the receipt on it . She kept trying to give me a bacon wrap. Mind you, she already had an attitude for some reason so I'm guessing it wasn't a good day for her. Long story short, she threw my bag at me and slammed it the drive thru window door in my face.. Went back a couple days later because the manager insisted. However, I stood at the counter for 30'mins and didn't not get my order took . I heard the 2 ladies who were there (including the rude lady) whisper is she still here. The rude lady said "yes she still here, i don't know why because I'm not taking her order" making all kind of face gestures. Of course the manager who told me to come back was not there when i came.
